The Sims 3 store

In the Sims 3 store I've downloaded many things before.
but now I can't get anything from the store to download.
CC will download fine, but not store items.

This is my desktop, so I'm wondering if that has to do with it.
(My game was originally installed on my laptop)
Does anyone else have this problem?
Any ideas how to fix it?

So, I'm guessing that you have the Sims 3 installed on your desktop too? :/
Because if it's not, the store won't work because it simply has nothing to download the content to.
If you DO have it installed on your desktop, then you probably should see if they have a FAQ or a send in your question's option at the store.

Yeah it's installed on both the desktop and the lappy toppy.
I've glanced through the help section, so I guess I'll have to look and bit more.

Ok I got the problem fixed.

No idea what it was though...
All I know is I tried to download some stuff from the store yesterday and it worked...
