[Tachi Zotura]

Over the years the everlasting war between Vampires and werewolves has died down to nothing more that angry glares. Humans have taken over the world while these two forces clashed. Now sprawling cities and towns engulf everything that Vampires and werewolves remember. This is the story of The Moon and Fang clans, two very powerful Vampire lords have held these two factions in good faith for thousands of years. But now they are growing quickly and both are threatened by foes unseen. The werewolves are undergoing a brutal war with one another, brother agienst brother. Many other more elusive peoples (werecats, sucubii, ect.) Have managed to grow over the years but now all are threatened by humans. Humans are becoming more aware of the supernatural and may or may not be less then friendly when they meet their darkest dreams. With the supernatural world in turmoil and the ever present threat of humanity, will the world be the same ever again?

Rules: Same as always. Ill be lax on the romance but dont over do it.

But one night they were ambushed and were nearly killed. As the bodies of his attackers made a pool of blood, he knelt down to his Lady and cried tears of his own blood. Just before she died she pressed his lips to her neck and he did as directed. He drank deeply and took all her power. Now he sits as the Moon Clan's Elder, showing the Kindness and love he was given all those years to repay his debt to the famous Pale Lady.....

Bio: Grimm was an outcast from birth, having been thrown out at the age of two. He was a half-breed from an unknown father. His face was scared and he had a huge jaw, able to devour most things. One day he was found by the Vampire Lord Vondel, that took him in after he was beaten nearly to death and left for the crows. He has been loyal to Vondel ever since.

Bio: He doesnt know what happened the night he was turned and much before that is gone. Blood shed is all he remembers out of the darkness he concealed in his mind. Closed away to those around him his past remains a mystery to all. He gained his way quickly through the ranks by proving himself to the leaders Fighting and doing as they wished like a puppet. When not assassinating some fiend he spent his nights training and focuses on becomeing stronger. Living as though his human days never existed, he was very much a vampire when drafted in and never let the secret out, and never plans to either.

Bio: Her mother was a werewolf and her father a powerful fire demon, she was born to a harsh life where she had to fend for herself, her father having left and her mother dying from a sickness only a few years after she was born. From this she learned quickly how to fend for herself, though she also went slightly crazy as well and may seem a bit 'off' to some people, even though for the most part as she got older and spent more time around people she learned how to fit in. In the past few hundred years she learned well to fit in with all the others, though it was hard lesson that only very slowly sunk in. Her body had stopped aging when she was about 20, she had never really taken part of the vampires versus werewolves battle, even though she was half werewolf, she felt no need to join the battles, she would help somebody here and there but never really took a side. She is always looking for a friend though, for most of her life most speices shunned her for being a mixed breed or just for being as wierd as she was.

Bio: A human girl raised in secert to assassinate the vampire leaders. she has never been able to have a normal life and longs for it more than anything but she holds true to her training all her life and becomes somthing more than human a true Slayer. she isnt very strong, but she is very, very, very fast she has been told nothing but the horrors of vampires, lycans and other unhuman beings. her grandmother raised her in the ways of teh goddess Sige and yowns her ability in life energy. she has offically been set loose and has made an unsuccessfull attempt. only killing a few gaurds. thanks to her speed sha was able to escape with just a few scratches. however now that she is free she has taken on another wild side of being a teenage girl.

He is tiard of having to fight his own kind.

True, some enemies are nearly outside of the human ability to fight, however, his relentless, intrepid spirit keeps in in the fight, and his ablity to keep a cool head and not yield to fear, is his most precious ability.

Bio: Life isn't easy. For anyone, but Fate herself seems to have turned her eyes from Trenton Albion. War was brewing. A dark war, an evil war, a war which made the shadows themselves shiver. Trenton's Village was made an example of. There would be no safe haven in this war, no sanctuary, and most off all, no neutrality. Offering refuge to those who would not fight...led to the death of everyone Trenton knew. At the tender age of 9, he was alone, covered in the blood of his mother, who had taken the blow meant to end his life. One would think darkness would grow of this, an angst, fear, but no. With her dying breath Elizabeth Albion stared into her sons eyes, and said this, "Do what is right, and you can never die in vain." This has shaped Trentons entire life. He dint few the death of his friends and family as a massacre, he viewed it as standing against the darkness. And he plans to die on his feet, as did his parents.

Vondel looked over the sprawling city and sighed. The days of the blade fell far behind them. Not only that, they let the humans build massive weapons that could kill the very earth itself when they should have been kept in line. Now hiding from them is the only way from open war with them. Vondel had enough problems that war with the humans and didn't need a war. They were being attacked from the inside. For all the efforts that he put in, not even he could sleep soundly still. It would be better, would put Vondel's mind at ease, if there was an open challenge. From what he heard, the Fang Clan also has these problems. Some that only left one thing. Someone wants the power of both Clans. But who?

Hikaru ran through the city boredly, looking for something to do as the light from the full moon shown brightly on her body. Tonight was a fine night to hunt, she looked up at the moon and smiled before she turned into a corner, her form shifting as she continued to run until she was nothing but a blur to the human eye, she was now in her full wolf form as she ran through the alleyways faster then one could watch, looking for something to prey on. Finally she found a grown man, he was dressed finely and looked like a buisness leader, somebody would notice if he went missing, she smiled, the perfect prey. She appeared infront of him, giving him a smile, he gave her a shocked look in responce, though before he could scream she had snapped his neck and dragged him off before anybody could see what had happened. She had dragged him off to an alleyway not wanting an audience of any sort as she had her meal, in no time at all there was nothing left but torn clothes which she caught on fire, leaving nothing but ashs which blew away in the wind, a good meal, she smiled before she changed back into her human form and stepped out of the alleyway, as if nothing had happened at all as she walked down the darkened streets.

Aviera Hissed drawing his blade slightly watching the men before him, a fight had broken out between his guards and with his men being attacked weekly there was no way he was going to take a chance. Walking up he stepped between them with a relaxed expressing one hand on the hilt of his sword. "The next man to move dies. I suggest you finish this now and get back to work." He spoke softly looking at both of them without dropping his guard. "With the recent happenings which I'm sure you've both heard of we do not need any more blood shed or death. Grow up and fight like men if you need be. Drop your weapons and take it to a training room at most." He waited to see their response standing up and dropping his hand. "Well?"

Vondel walked in on Aviera solving the problem between his guards. He noticed these ones carried blades. Vondel smiled to himself. Most Vampires these days still held to the blade. He himself still held to the blade but not so stubborn as to not carry his two pistols. Vondel put a hand on Aviera's shoulder and looked at the guards. "Listen to your leader, he is wise and you should do as he asks. For you might find yourself on the wrong side of a blade if you let yourself feel anger to a brother." Both men nodded to Aviera and hastly apologized. They looked ashamed that they did not obay him immedietly. Vondel smiled at Aviera. "You have always been better at the sword than I but I still have the quickness of my tounge to slash my foes away." Vondel's humor bled away as his mind went to other thoughts. "Tell me, Have the..... 'events'.... gotten any worse? The guards already dont trust eachother and not they even turn agenst one another. Thats not all. Assassinations attemps have been made on me as well as ones loyal to me. Several have died and still no trace of the killer has been found. I fear that the one doing this is not only skilled beyond what we expected, but also close by." Vondel paced away, deep in thought. They talked about this often but still, even with their combined pondering, could not think of who the killer might be. "They must have access to the guards and to every part of our dwelings. This... thing... studies our every move. But what?" Vondel glanced at Aviera and resumed his paceing in silance. After a while a small hunched creatcher swathed in rags all over his body and face walked at his heels. Small tuffs of hair poked from the wrapings that compleatly covered his entire head save his one crystle blue eye. The only other thing not bandaged was his clawed hands. Vondel petted the small thing and smiled at him. "Aw Grim, you finely made it. I thought you would be out hunting this time of night." Vondel spoke to Grim as if he were a fond pet. Grim didn't speak but the feeling of content and loyalty radiated from him. Grim was grotesque to anyone safe Vondel and few interacted with him.

Hikaru trotted through the city, every now and then she thought of this or that, though she never lost focus of what she was doing. She didn't care which direction she was going in at this point, but she did know that if she had found anything other then a human it was more then possible she would fight it, she was bored beyond belief and wondered if she would fancy another visit to the vampires hang out, though she was dissappointed the last time she visited, she had killed off a few of them though they didn't put up much of a fight, she had thought that they would be better organized though it appeared that they were having fights among themselves. Out of boredum and lack of things to do she had often picked fights with both vampires and werewolves alike. She had no sides but merely fancied the fighting and fueling it. She spread rumors through the vampires of betrayal, forcing them to fight amonst themselves for the mere pleasure of watching. Though she also guessed that if she poked too much at them they would eventually figured her out. For the time being she would wander through the streets and watch what she could, her senses on high alert as she walked around in the shadows, nothing but a whisper as she went on her way.

Aviera tensed for only a second as something rested on his shoulder, he soon relaxed hearing his old friends voice. “Thank you, Vondel.” He replied quietly. He motioned his guards to exit the room then turned to his friend. “So things haven’t gotten better on your side either it seems.” He replied watching him pace around. He stepped towards him then paused wrapping his cloak around him and then silently walking behind him he climbed the stone steps before him and sat down in his chair. Leaning on the arm he gazed through his hand at Vondel then to the floor noticing something starting to appear. ‘Grim’ he thought. The creature always made him feel uneasy but he glanced away. “The fights between the guards here have gotten worse and I’ve had to lock some of them up for killing their brethren.” He shifted thinking. “There have been reports of a lycan spreading rumors but nothing more and those fights don’t last very long. We can no longer trust anyone outside of our small pact, even our personal guards. I can order to have the lycan captured and brought to us for questioning but that is all for now.” Aviera glanced at the side table and picked up a glass. The red wine seemed off and made him weary. He was told that the woman who brought their drinks was not the same as before and he stiffened setting it down and then reaching out he picked up the bottle and got up walking to Vondel’s side. “Do me a favor friend and check this. It seems off in color and there are rumors a new woman has been delivering to us. I suggest not drinking anything you haven’t gotten yourself.” He left the bottle with his friend then stepped back to avoid grim. “As for the assassinations 11 of my men were killed off in an attempt to get at me but the creature ran before the others and myself arrived on the situation. We cannot live like this.” Picking up a small cat that came out of the shadows and wrapped herself around his legs he smiled and petted her softly. “We need to figure out what our next step will be.”

Vondel followed and listened while grim kept to his heels. Vondel also nodded at the comment of the new woman. It was indeed strange. He took the liguid and gave it to Grim, who quickly pilfered it. At the mention of the lycan Vondel stared intently at Aviera. "Yes we will need some sort of plan. If this lycan is so adept at spreading rumors inside our own, mabye she will be of use. Of course this is a matter to delecet for mear guards. We will have to go on our own. Or send in Grim. He is so good at.... um.... negotiations" Vondel laughed. Grim had a way of 'mind speaking' as they called it. If he wished to talk he would mearly invade your mind. Very unplesent to one unprepared. Like having someone you didn't know, and didn't know was there, put a blow horn next to your ear and sound it off. "Either way she would be valuble at finding the truth behind our attacker. It would be much easier to know our assalient so that we can better organize." Grim slid the vile back to Vondel, who plesently gave it back to Aviera. "Its safe. At least now it is. I will take heed of your words. As for the Lycan..... I believe we should pay her a visit." Vondel grabbed his cloke and winked at Aviera. "Its been a long time secne we had a good adventure, lets go." Vondel jumped at the window with Grim hot on his master's heels.

Setting down his kitten he smiled, taking the vile from Vondel he considered Grim’s powers again and smiled softly to himself. He wouldn’t poison his master’s best friend he thought, downing the vile as if it were a shot he set it down carefully then walked to Vondel’s side dropping his cloak and tossing it to his chair he grabbed a long leather jacket that lay on a table by the window and slid it on leaving the belt and zipper undone. “I agree, it’s just like when we were kids only we don’t have to fear getting caught this time. “ He laughed softly and watching him and Grim jump out he stepped up onto the frame and looked out into the night sky. As soon as Vondel had touched the ground he stepped off the edge casually and just fell. The rush was amazing and he missed it but as the ground came closer he had to land, ending the fun and the old line of memories. “Where do we start?” He asked softly placing his sword in a holster specially made in his jacket then he pulled a gun out of a pocket and checked its contents. He waited silently for a reply and glanced down at Grim giving the creature a small smile. “This should be fun.”

As she walked through the city she stared up at the night sky, wondering what other creatures would be looking at is as well. She paced this way and that, finding a few humans here or there, none of which catching her interest. She even found that the ghetto of the tow was of no fun to her, the so called gangsters being total push-overs. She let out a sigh as she traveled back toward the uppercity, her hands in her pockets as she went, she let out a long sigh, and glanced up, just barely catching a shooting star, though she shook her head, she had stopped believing in wishing on a shooting star long ago. She had wound up infront of a Wal-Mart at this point and decided to take a break from her wandering as she sat down on a bench, bored out of her mind.

Vondel shrugged. "I have no clue as to where the Lycan is. Your men had reports of her correct?" Vondel didn't wait for him to asnwer as he invaded the guards minds and got the information he seeked. "Ahhh. A femal Lycan. Very beautiful too. Sighted around.... the upper city. She might be around there or possibly around the lower district. I caught the sent off of her from the guards memories." Vondel looked far away for a time as Grim reached up from his hunched position to take his hand. After a few moments of stillness Grim bounded off up the streets with amazing speed. Vondel laughed. "Yes, just like when we were kids. And how fun sneaking out was! Lets find this woman and see if we can make an ally of her before we get jumped yet again." Vondel grimiced at that. For some reason, the assassin's were immune to his powers. They seemed like soulless puppets. And the puppetieer was never in range of his abbility or at least learned how to thwart it. Vondel motioned for them to follow Grim as they neared at Huge wal-mart. How Vondel hated the monstrosity.

Aviera ran past him silently smiling to himself. He hated having to speak aloud and Vondel knew that but he wondered if his friend had ever gotten information out of his mind. Seeing Grimm not more than a few meters ahead he slowed and waited for Vondel. This building was a disgrace to their culture and like Vondel he hated the structure and wished he could rid their land of it. “Sometimes that power of yours can be slightly scary, especially probably to someone with secrets. It’s highly useful though when looking for an enemy in a crowd.” He shifted as the wind blew behind him casting the lycan’s scent towards them. “Here mutt,” He whispered jokingly then relaxed reaching for the sheath of his sword and taking to the roof. “If you call her out I’ll block her escape.” He hissed and then merged with the shadows. Listening to the surroundings he hissed softly, he could smell her scent from here and it drove him wild. The blood that was invisible to humans still lingered on her figure. “She’s almost smells good enough to eat but lycan has never been my favorite.” He let out a small stifled laugh then once again went silent carefully watching the surroundings.

Although she had taken a resting place on the Wal-Mart bench she had kept her senses on full alert, her ears listening for anything and everything and her nose always looking for any unfamiliar scents, though she almost let out a growl as the wind switched directions cutting off her sense of smell. She opened her eyes, if only a slit as she looked out, looking for movements as well as listening for anything, she let out a sigh, she missed the days when she didn't have to be on gaurd twenty four seven. After having this thought she thought she had heard something and opened her eyes fully, looking out straight ahead as she crossed her arms, staring out into the night, looking for any movements that she thought she had heard.
