Of course, as generally thats what happens when you get a few people discussing their favorite systems. sweatdrop

As far as favorite system thats out there... I would go with the Nintendo DS.

But favorite system of ALL TIME? ... probably the Sega Genesis.

The PS3 is the best system for me because I hate discussing video games and I love watching movies.

Xbox 360 is my favorite system because:
1)The Xbox Live community is huge
2)The games are great
3)It's great for watching DVDs
4)It's also good for listening to music and watching videos from your iPod or flashdrive
and finally...
5)Most of my friends own an Xbox 360 xd

I'm not a fanboy of any consoles. So I would say all. I would say PS3 if I had one.

For portable systems, I'd say DS.

@Dark: Thats pretty much only due to the fact that computers are more versatile and generally are more powerful than their gaming system counterparts... and if they can't play something, they can be upgraded so that they can. That and most of the games out there can be played on the computer in the first place, if not directly... then through some emulator. stare

I hate console wars, but here goes:

All time: N64
At the moment: Xbox 360
Handheld all time: Gameboy Advance
Handheld at the moment: DSi

If you count PC, then PC wins.

Otherwise, of the current generation 360 reigns supreme.

While I personally prefer the PS3, that's due to the fact that certain niche franchises are Playstation exclusive.

However, supposing you can count ROMs of games as games, then I'd have to say PC is superior.

But for handhelds, Nintendo DS.

i perfer PS2. PS3 is great but there is only one game that i wpuld want.

i hate playing games on the PC for no reason really. i just don't like to.

Same.. I only want one game for ps3... Final Fantasy. XD For handheld, I would say the DS (can't play GBA games on DSi and I don't think I'll ever own it, sinc eI personally think there are too many things that can take pictures already >.<)... Other than that, the wii... I'm a game fan, but I really need to exercise to get rid of all my extra energy, so I'd have to say wii if I were to include factors other than enjoyment level... (wii fit plus is doing wonders at the moment)

With the camera comment, I'm not trying to get in an arguement... just pointing it out- I'm sure there are/will be some good games that use it that I don't know about...
