Twice. After that it says "Good job hunting those Memory Vials, but you've already completed the Scavenger Hunt twice. Save some for other folks!" and won't let you do anything else.

Well, since I've completed the quest twice, it just tells me to "leave some for the other people". You get the Slytherin Scarf, a video clip, the cauldron, another clip, and then the Gryffindor Quidditch uniform, I think.
