When I press play...

When I click on the play button for the Sims 3 this error box or whatever comes up. I don't know what it means - How do I fix it? I want to be able to play so bad!!!

It means your graphics card isn't good enough to display the game. You will either need to update it or buy a new one.

They should sell graphics cards at Best Buy or your local computer store. 3nodding

Sorry for the late reply. If you want to look for updates before you try buying a new one then follow these steps.

(I assume you are running a windows machine?)

Open the Run box which should be found either in the start menu or in the All Programs list and type in dxdiag then click ok.
After a few moments your computer should display a screen with details about your computer.
Click on the Display tab which should give you all the information about your graphics card.
Use the name and manufacturer information to search online for driver updates.
