Afro Samurai, Bobobo, and there is Aizowa (I think thats his name) from Death b4 he got a haircut. There is also Unke from S-Cy-ed he has a pink fro.

Oh I all most 4got there that 1 bad guy from One Piece (can't remember his name) he throws afro bombs and latter fuses with some arrow shooting guy.

I know that someone in Elite Beat Agents has an afro, but I'm not terribly familiar with the series so I don't know who he is.
