Story

Deep underground, in a secret lab under Tokyo Japan, a series of experiments took place to create a new breed of human. Better, faster, and stronger than that of a normal human. A group of ordinary teenagers from all over the world were taken and experimented on....but something went VERY wrong. The teens were given powers, powers that humans shouldent poses. Now they are split in two. Some want to take down the man who altered them, and some want more power. Now they must fight, and the world will be their battleground....where does your alligence lie?

Side Descriptions

The Rebels
The Rebels are the group of alterd teens who want to take down the scientist who changed them. They not only search for him and a way to be normal again, but they also use their powers to help the people who are in need. They dont consider themselvs heros, just people looking for a cure any way they can.

The New Breed
The New Breed are the teens that want more power than they already have. They fight to destroy those in their way of that goal (AKA, The Rebels.) They dont care who gets hurt or what gets destroyed, as long as they get what they want, they couldnt care less. They take orders from the scientists that made them who they are.

Weapon(s): A great sword
Bio: Ken grew up in Tokyo, and was the first to be picked for the "Experiments" that went on. He hated the men who changed him, and formed "The Rebels" to fight against them and The New Breed. He always helps those who are in need of it.

Bio: Dea was brought to Japan with the understanding that she had won a great scholarship. Unfortunately she didn't speak Japanese so for the first few months she was completely in the dark and it was the scarcest thing she had ever been exposed to. She was changed dramatically, her whole body could change with only one thought, But it was incredibly painful and Left her a quivering ball of skin and bone. Over time more experiments were done, she got better at it, it grew less painful, it took her about a year to pick up basic Japanese but she's still not very good at speaking. Day's a rather selfish person she's not a hero, she only wants to get away, she doesn't care about changing back, in fact she kind of likes having her power, she only wants to leave this behind her and move on.

Bio: Doesn't really like to fight, but when pushed too far will kill even his own parents. Almost as if he has a split personality.

Power: Blood manipulation-he can turn his own blood into weapons, tools, etc...
Weapon(s): A gun with about 25ft of wire inside the handle, and a small dagger.
Bio: Renka had an average live and didn't like it too much, so he his excitement from video games and being a petty thief. He usually made bets with his friends on certain targets and other things, winning a ticket and some cash for a vacation in Japan. As he was heading from a book store to his hotel he was tricked by some people and used in their experiments.
Now he want's to get back at them for kidnapping and using him, but he doesn't mind keeping his new power..

Power: Manipulation of Lightning
Weapons: Giant sword Hardix always keeps in reach.
Bio: Hardix was on a trip to visit family in Japan. While in the car driving to a city Hardix and his family were ambushed. The bandits robbed and killed both of Hardixs family, and believed they had killed him as well. A few hours later a group of scientist discovered Hardixs badly beaten body, instead of offering any type of help. The scientist placed a bag over his head, and placed him in a car. Hours later he arrived at a hospital where he was healed. When Hardix recovered he was drugged, and taken to a laboratory where the painful experiments took place. He could tell they were changing him in ways unexplained by the natural order of things. One day Hardix saw an opening, and with his new found abilities, strength, and speed, Hardix escaped. Although the scientists kidnapped Hardix, and used his body for all types of unwordly expirements with out his permission. They techniqally saved his life, and because of that he's been always been conflicted about killing the scientist.

Bio: Joshua lived in California but came to Japan when his father left his mother just recently. He was kidnapped a few days after he arrived in Japan while he was out riding his bike. He was kept in a semi-dark room given different injections at different times. He lost all track of time in there, nearly going insane. He developed the ability to create breezes at first and could soon create tornado level winds. He could even levitate from the ground by creating a constant updraft underneath him. Using his new found ability he escaped and returned to his father who thought he was a freak and threw him out. Scared and angry he decided to take revenge on the scientists who made him this way and joined the Rebels. He prefers to be a sort of scout for them floating above the world. He enjoys the large free skies he didn't have in the room he had been stuck in for so long. He would like to keep his power as his father has disowned him. He doesn't know what he is going to do after he takes his revenge.

Bio: Kenji grew up with his grandfather who taught him martial arts from an early age. when he was 14 he was on his way home from school when 5 men jumped him. He took out the first two before two more got a hold on him and the third injected him with something. He awoke a year later in a strange box. He found he could teloport but he couldnt move through the box. A small power surge gave him his opportunity 2 years later and he has been hiding ever since.

Bio: Aidualc was, and still is, a very good person, but her whole life was turned around when the scientists came and took her, changing her into, what other people call, a freak. Her skin turned grey, hair silver, eyes red and ears elongated, the results made her look like a dark elf. With the excellent hearing and dark magic of a dark elf. She was almost overwhelmed, but was able to keep herself under control. Now she is trying to decide if what she wants is truly right or not. She feels happy to have this power and wants more in order to fulfill her dreams. Though her conscious is telling her it's wrong. For right now she feels indebted to the scientists and wants to help them. But then she'd have to hurt others in order to do that. But, unfortunately there is a little bit of herself that totally wants power and to get revenge on the people who made her life miserable when she was younger. And everyday that personality is growing stronger, little by little and becoming it's own person.

Bio: Marion was born in Paris, and she grew up there, too. Her home was never too extravagant, which made sense, seeing the number of people in her family. Still, Mari loved her home. She had never lived anywhere other than there, so, at the point of secondary school, she decided that she wanted to try living somewhere else for a while. So, she asked her parents, and they said that Mari could be an exchange student for a year once she reached 9th grade, if she studied hard and got all A's. So she did. And in 9th grade, she was shipped off to Japan for a year, to study the language. And, lo and behold, she was grabbed for an underground scheme, with experiments done on her, and she found herself with hundreds of chips in her head and a power that was more scientific than magical. Hey, who knew?

Bio: Anya was a mute drifter just wondering around she was just picked up and taken in she actually grew quite close to the scientists. She was not just given a power but they changed her image and named her Anya because of the outcome. She actually got a tattoo to match the character she was named after. She built the wings herself and got oneof the others to connect them to her nerves so she can move them but can't actually fly.

Bio: Born in Russia Malcolm has learn to harden himself physically as well as mental for the harsh condition. When he was younger Dmitri never cried once after age of 5. being bought up in a orphanage, he never really got close to anyone, only his focus was on combat. From working out, to fighting on the streets, Malcolm would pass out before even crying out in pain. Soon enough he was found the scientist who saw fit to use his unnatural gift. In a experiment that would have drove anyone mad from the pain. Malcolm was ejected with liquid metal. Over time he was able to control and use the metal inside him as well as around himself.

Ken sat against the wall of an abandoned warehouse where he had been staying ever since he was changed. He held his great sword close as he slept, dreaming about the day the scientists took him away...and made him into a monster.

Gabriel was sitting in the house the New breads use as a base, "BORED" he said grabbing his pole arm. He left spinning the pole arm in one hand "What should I dooooo" he was bored out of his skull and just hitting stuff was a bit vulgar.

Shift looked over at Ken sleeping with his sword. He mumbled to himself, "Man I hate guard duty. Hope something happens soon this city is dull."

Gabriel had wandered into a mall killing the guards who tried to stop him. "HEY EVERYONE" he shouted fire shooting upwards from his hand. It took a minuet but the screaming was worth it, more guards where coming but they soon found themselves on fire.

"Well somethings going on over at the mall. Sounds like one of our kind. Hey Ken do you think we should check it out?" Shift says after he nudges Ken awake.

Mari, who had been stitching up her doll, glanced up as Gabriel whined about boredom. She rolled her eyes, then turned back to the button eye and the thread. Stupid teammates. She hated them all. She hated everyone. Their knowledge was small, their intelligence weak. Everyone was an irritation, like itches under her skin. Itching was so close, yet protected, unless she wished to graph off a few layers of skin. Similarly, she could not kill everyone, for who would that leave? Herself, that's who. Besides, she wished to help the hardworking scientists, and killing everyone wouldn't help them at all, would it? Shaking her head, Mari tied the knot in the last stitch and cut the thread.

The sound of the destruction of the mall was worrisome. Mari knew it was just Gabriel messing around and ******** with people, but she hoped he wouldn't get crushed. He was just too childish to realize that he'd bring the building down by kindling a fire. Well, then, she ought to go and remind him. Standing up, Mari nabbed her coat, nodded at the rest of the base, and walked out the street.

Ice. Mari frowned, and pointed. In a low voice she mumbled "H2O to Oxygen." and watched the ice simply fade away. She gave a nod, then walked along, no longer worrying about the cold. It could be brushed away.

As she reached the mall, Mari shook her head. It was, indeed, up in flames, all eight floors of it. And all eight floors would come crashing down upon her teammate. Not that she cared. She'd rather sit and watch the turn of events than help him out. So she brushed away the snow on a bench and had a seat, and watched the burning building with mild interest as she hugged her doll to her. Yep, this is what boredom does to you.

"That'll do" Gabriel said with a slight laugh, he snapped his fingers and all of the fire whisked away. Marion was sitting outside, Gabriel thaught this was odd "Worried about me" he said as he walked out into the crisp air as sirens whistled through the sky.

Mari, who had been cuddling her doll(his name was Chuck), glanced up as she heard Gabriel. He was stating that she was worried about him. She rolled her eyes. "Incorrect. Mari was curious to see what Gabriel does in his spare time. Had she known that it was little more than vandalizing and homicide, she would not have bothered to come." Mari stood, and, pulling Chuck under her coat so he'd be warm, and pulling her hood up, she nodded at Gabriel. "Good day." And with that, she walked off.
