╔═════════════════════════════════════════════╗ Well, it would all depend on what you want to do with it.. You can download brushes that strike your fancy, let's just say some nice swirls, and load them into photoshop (I apologize if you don't have photoshop, it's all I use and know for the most part) create a new layer above your picture, and just put your swirls or what-have-you where you like. From there you can put layer styles on it to make it have a drop shadow, a glow, make it looks sort of 3D with a bevel and emboss, a stroke, etc. You can even change the blending mode to make other interesting effects. Overlay is a nice effect for something like that.
