Due to marijuana, would you keep smoking after? Or would you quit? Would you be scared/paranoid to get caught again?

It really cannot be stopped when someone really wants to. People get high in prison, that's just how ineffective trying to stop it is.

I didn't state anything regarding addiction. I'm just saying if the desire is strong enough prohibition is futile as past has already exemplified.

However, I do disagree anyway. I feel weed is DEFINITELY NOT (emphasis for clarification purposes to evade misunderstandings) physically addictive.
Though it is mentally addictive as long as the persons mentality allows it to be. As is food, shopping, and sex.

i got caught 11/06/08 and quit cold turkey no problems.
i only started toking up again this past halloween and my only problem when not smoking was that when i was detoxing i would get these massive random return highs right out of now where.

straight weed has nothing addictive in it the only reason people might get "addicted" with it is if they have a habit/addiction forming attitude

Anyways, I will always be blazed...but if I got caught and had t.a.s.c. (Random Drug tests for the Court) I would just smoke pep-spice. It's a legal weed that gets you stoned exactly like weed does. No THC, but the herbs are mostly found in foreign countries and jungles.
