What I learned on Xbox Live (featuring mark and olivia)

'twas a quiet friday night in the nitnit residence, not much going on. I had returned home fairly early for a friday night with a few new games, but, like always I find myself playing my older ones first.

Logging onto xbox live I see our good friend Mark battling way in Halo 3, so I opt to join him for the first. time. ever.

Here is a basic rundown of what I learned:


- My mic doesn't work, so I have to yell into the microphone, making my already relatively odd voice (or so I think it is) even odder!

- Random people like to go on half drunken rants.

- Said random people are obnoxious.

- Halo is serious ******** business.

- Left 4 Dead versus is not so serious business.

- I enjoy messing with people more on a mic than at a keyboard!

- Mark thought my name was Isaac and Olivia thought my name was Jon. lulz were had.

I need more games to play with my new friends =(

Sounds like you just had your first real Xbox Live eperience. Seriously, that list minus the mic stuff and that last part could go up on the Microsoft website titled "Things You'll Learn/Eperience on Xbox Live."

Oh, and thanks for reminding me why I don't own a copy of Halo 3.

Horatio - I've played Halo 3 before, MvC2, SF4, and Shadowrun on xbox live before, this thread was more of a comical thing than anything. Also the people were kind of funny to be honest.

I was going to make a list of this but my laptop has failed me due to a fall it could not endure!

What I learned of nitnit on Xbox Live:

~He is a very angry person
~needs a new mic (tis why he is angry)
~Likes to play games with people to guess his name
~Xbox Preadators like to think he is female
~Gave me more chances to remember his name over my Dreamer cause I am Vice Captain
~Loves to be "The Black Guy" in Left 4 Dead

I can not think of more but that I need to get my copy of Shadowrun out and play a few rounds with him!

And yes! You do need to get some new games to play with your new friends!!! Also that others in the guild should join in the hilarity. I am assuming jonn might be the next person on the list.
