Does the stat discount apply to familiars if they're won from a FS, then bonded with a soquili with corresponding stats to get like -15k off the baseprice? Or are they still they baseprice and discount only applies to customs?

If, when you fill out your certing info, the Soq you bond them to qualifies for the stat discount then you can apply it. 3nodding It just doesn't count if you choose to bond them at a later date.
