Ukoo was not familiar with jealousy. She had always just went along with life and didn't long for things that were not hers. But for some reason, she was finding jealousy was creeping in closer and closer to her. She found it haunted her dreams and made her angry at strange times. She found that-she was getting less and less loving towards O'tep.
Since her and Tariq were less and less hostile to one another.
Ukoo had noticed the change and something inside her did not like it. She hated it. SHE was the one who and pain stakeningly dried grass for her master and lain it upon his bed. SHE was the one to gave him everything and anything he wanted of her. SHE listened and obeyed. SHE was the perfect slave.
And yet the way he looked to O'tep now was angering her. She couldn't take it. She hadn't talked to O'tep in days... only tended to her cubs. The cubs she had for him. She quietly played with Uggi's hair with her paw as the cub slept. Her red eyes stared straight into the caves wall. The straw and grass had been abandoned weeks ago... she no longer changed anyone elses but her own and her childrens.

O'tep was so confused these days. She didn't know what to do with herself. she was confused about what to do with anything. She knew that she should talk to Ukoo about what was going on. She missed her friend and she didn't know what was the matter with anything. She had no clue what to do with Tariq because she was still confused about everything with him. She liked him a lot more but she pretty much gave up, she hated giving up but at this point she knew she couldn't do anything else with him. Her only choice was to give up and take care of her cubs and obey.
However She was happy that she would be able to spend more time with her sister because they could work together and that is what she wanted to to more than anything else. However, she wasn't talking to her at the moment, and she wasn't that sure why. She missed Ukoo so much and now she couldn't do anything about it. She sat in front of the den at the moment quietly watching her cubs play at a distance, just far enough so O'tep could roar and they would all come back but not to close for them to hear her quietly cry.
She looked down at her paws before lifting them up and wiping away her tears, she wasn't sure if she could even confront Ukoo about it. She was sure at the moment the only way to get Ukoo to talk was to provoke her in one way or an other.

Ukoo knew O'tep was sitting there outside the den. She wouldn't go out. She didn't want to see her and Tariq being all lovey and what not. She was so angry at everything. Didn't she deserve to be treated and loved by someone? Her whole life had been slavery-slavery-no love. She hadn't felt any affection until Tariq took her and that was the small amounts he gave her. She longed for more. She wished he liked her like he liked Otep.
She was starting to get worked up and stiffled a small sob, reaching over to touch her sons head as he snored. She hated it. Hated how she had gone no where in this world. She was not meant to be loved-this is what she guessed.
The gods were cruel to her. First they gave her dreams that stole her soul bit by bit and now... they denied her anything she ever wanted. She rubbed her nose, her red eyes blazing. How could O'tep betray her like this?

O'tep sighed slightly looking down at the ground she was feeling like a horrible person at the moment, she felt like a horrible friend, mom and all around lioness. She scratched her claws into the ground, calming herself down from the crying that she was doing before. She sighed slightly before wiping away the little 'doodles' she was making in the ground before she flicked her tail around a few more times. She was really upset over all of this. Her children didn't even get to see the one that they saw as a aunt. She sneered at that. It was okay for Ukoo to be mad at her but not take it out on her children.
Her body stiffened at that idea, then she stared to think about it some more. Why was Ukoo even mad at her? She had the right to know! She didn't even do anything wrong as far as she could tell! She was even helping around the den now! Her hair stood up on end at that idea. She rose to her feet and started to pace. Low growls rumbled from her chest as she did. She need to talk to Ukoo and she needed to talk to her now! She couldn't believe now that she thought about it. And if any thing O'tep had the right to be annoyed herself.
She looked at the den and let out a small growl before letting out a few chuffs directed at Ukoo. She was more than sure that she was making a point with them. She wanted Ukoo out here now, she wasn't about to go in there and wake those poor cubs up. But she needed to get things settled, she paused her pacing, stopping in front of the den and facing toward it, her fur stood up straight almost to match her posture. Oh she was pissed.

Ukoo could hear O'tep out there huffing and puffing. She wasn't leaving this spot without being asked, that was for certain. No more just doing things because it was her place. She was tired of it. Tired of her horrid life. Tired of watching the male that she 'loved' not show the same affection.
Wasn't she the good one? The one who behaved? She hadn't given birth to someone elses cubs or disobeyed ever. She was PERFECT! She brought her paw away from her babies and chewed at spot of her forepaw that was hairless. She had taken to gnawing at her paw these days, relieving the tension that grew.
And worst off all, she didn't even think Tariq cared. Hadn't he noticed she stopped putting the grass in his bed or that she no longer smelled so sweetly of it. Did he even notice anything about her at all or was she just another cub to him? She turned to gave at O'teps form.
She'd have to ask if she wanted to talk about it. Otherwise, she turned and chewed on her paw some more

O'tep watched the den carefully as she waited for Ukoo to come out. She could feel anger start to build. This was starting to get to her now. Her claw dug into the ground. She was tired of this attitude from Ukoo. She knew she should trust a female! She knew she would get hurt by all of this. Ukoo was just like all of the other females around. And O'tep was starting to get that feeling of needing to be on top like she did with most other females. She had never felt it before toward Ukoo until now. Everything was starting to come back to her. She was remembering her mother the slightest bit, then remembering her father, it was slowly starting to build up herself.
She couldn't take it anymore. She didn't have the patience to wait for Ukoo decide it was time to come out. O'tep was deciding that now.
She snarled as she walked into the den, watching the cubs making sure that none of them were stirring, when she was sure of it her bright blue eyes turned toward Ukoo and another sneer grew on her face. She opened her jaw wide before heading toward the back of the lionesses back. She hadn't tasted blood in a long time, not since she had argued with Tariq and got into a fight about a month or so ago. But now, she never really excepted to be fighting with Ukoo.
She clamped her teeth down, making sure that she had a grip on the other lioness. O'tep was also small like Ukoo however not as small, O'tep was also a lot of muscle so that was a good thing to have as she started to drag the other lioness out. As soon as she step foot out she snarled and tossed the lioness the best she could before digging her claws into the ground. "I didn't want to do that but you seem to want it." She growled before glaring at the lioness. "What is your problem?" She demanded.

Ukoo felt betrayed. She had always thought that O'tep would be there for her and she wasn't going to be... she'd be to busy with her mate. She cringed. She wanted to be Beyabanu. SHE DID. O'tep didn't deserve it. She deserved to be currency and passed around like all the other misbehavers. It wasn't fair. Ukoo chewed more violently against her paw, drawing blood slightly. She was getting furious.
And before she knew it, she was experiencing excruciating pain in her back. She had been in the middle of a good 'chomp' on her paw and in surprise she bit so hard that her own blood began to gush into her mouth and down her chin. She did not growl, Ukoo was accustomed to being bitten. Oh yes, the scar on her neck proved that right. She however was not used to being thrown around like a kitten.
When O'tep sent her rolling out of the cave entrance, she lay startled. She hadn't ever been treated in such a manner and seeing that it was O'tep was very surprising. Then, fury flew up in her crimson eyes. "Y-you!" She said, not even reacting to O'teps first shout. "Y-you bit me O'tep!" She said, anger seeping in her words as her blood poured from the deep bite wound on her paw.
Blood red like her eyes.
"Problem!? Whats your problem Sister!? Who are you anymore!? I barely know you!" She said, shaking her head side to side in fury.

O'tep didn't really care much about the ranks or the government of the pride. The main thing that she could care about was the fact that her friend wasn't talking to her anymore and she was confused, upset and now angered by it all. She didn't know what else to do or say. Once she saw her sister laying out not that far from herself and she could taste blood in her mouth, and all of this was confirmed by her sister's comment. "YES I DID!" She snarled swiping at her from the distance. "YOU DESERVED IT!" She snarled before taking a step forward. "What else was I going to do!? Sit out here and wait for you to finish being a BABY to come out here and talk to you?!"
Her eyes narrowed at the word 'sister'. "I don't have a problem!" She shouted back before digging her claws deeper into the ground. "And even if I did how could I know about it if you WON'T TALK TO ME!" She took another step forward. "And sister?" She said the word like it was poison. "HOW DARE you call me that when you've been treating me like I DON'T EVEN EXIST?" She snarled again before moving closer her head lowered getting ready to strike if she felt she needed. "I've changed a little bit~ SURE! BUT NOT TOWARD YOU." She hissed before glaring at the lioness's red eyes. "BUT YOU, on the other hand, decided to become the only person in the den and ignore everyone. Apparently you and your cubs are too go for anyone." She started to shake in anger. "But you are no better then the rest of us!" She pulled a paw up and reached it out slapping Ukoo in the face. Her reasoning was now out the window.

Ukoo couldn't believe it. Now she was someone to just beat around to O'tep too? She looked down at her bleeding paw and didn't really feel the pain of it anymore, neither her back. She could feel the blood ebbing though. She bent to give her paw a lick, but looked up at O'tep with her eyes aflame.
"Are you kidding! You can't be serious O'tep! You-you've..." She couldn't even say it. "Like you don't exsist. I'm sorry if I ain't just waiting for your beck and call like I'm supposed too! I suppose now that You are all chummy with our master, I am just back to slave ranking huh!" She hissed. "Oh yes O'tep towards me!! All of a sudden I am not the one you lean on anymore. Don't think I haven't noticed O'tep!"
She didn't like how O'tep was advancing but she was going to stand her ground. She however was not ready for the slap. She stumbled backwards, a shout echoing out from her muzzle. She looked back with a snarl and tears starting to brim down her cheeks. "Rest of us! I am better than you! I am the perfect slave! The perfect female. I do anything he asks of me and yet-I get nothing. He falls in love with you, the one who disobeys! I have obeyed all my life! I'm tired of it!" She screamed, tears falling down her cheeks.
"I know he intends to make you Beyabanu and YOU DON'T DESERVE IT!" She couldn't take it anymore. She flung herself at O'tep, the one she thought she could trust forever. Claws bared and teeth bared, she was done with it! Let this be her last act on this world!

O'tep twitched at Ukoo's words. "DO I LOOK LIKE I'M KIDDING UKOO?" She stared at her, she couldn't believe any of this, to a point she was hoping that it was all a dream and in a few moments she was going to wake up once more like the other times that she had dreamed, but the blood in her mouth was saying other words. "You had it good." She snarled before flicking her hair out of her eyes, she was about ready to tear it off if it got in her way again. "You've got it WAY to good to be considered a slave." She snorted before shaking her head. "What do you want me to do huh? Want me to start acting up again? DO YOU WANT ME TO GET TOSSED AROUND AND BEAT EVERY DAY?!" She didn't care who heard her at the moment she was mad. "OH! Best of all. There was a few times where I've got beaten because of you. That's right, YOU! Do you want me to go back to doing that?"
"You are NOWHERE near PERFECT Ukoo." She laughed before shaking her head again she growled. "I NEVER ASKED FOR ANY OF THIS. All I want is the best for my cubs I couldn't give a rats a** about myself." she snorted then glared at her. "I CARED about you too. Until you decided you were too good to talk to me."
"I DON'T WANT IT! BUT I DON'T HAVE A SAY IN IT!" She shouted back before she felt claws and teeth dig into her. Through out her years O'tep was very used to being attacked the weight of the smaller lioness was nothing compared to the weight of her father when she was younger and the weight of Tariq currently. "GET OFF OF ME!" She snarled as she shifted her weight tossing the lioness off of her easily she then turned toward her.
"Well Since you want me to go back to being beaten maybe I should get to do it too. You can be the beybanu but guess who gets to hurt you Ukoo? GUESS?" She snarled as she lunged forward swigging her paws at the other lioness digging her claws into the other lioness's skin, making sure that she was hitting her, leaving some kind of mark. "HOW DOES IT FEEL UKOO? HOW DOES IT FEEL TO GET BEATEN?!" Her back stung, and she could feel blood flow down her body but it was slowly starting to drift away, she cared about creating harm right now and that was about it.

Ukoo laughed. "I had it good O'tep!" She laughed more. "I was bled everyday of my life before I came here, thats what this scar is at my throat! I was tortured! Then I am stolen from that life and my cubs there to live here, and be treated like I am good for nothing. If Tariq would open my throat and feed off me I'd feel a bit like he actually appreciates me! I did everything in my power to make hi like me and HE LIKES YOU MORE!" She screamed. She didn't care if the whole pride was seeing this! No one ever saw Ukoo do this sort of stuff!
"No your wrong O'tep I AM! I am the perfect female and you are nothing but a misbehaving brat! We were together in this O'tep but as soon as those cubs came you went to him for everything. I mean nothing to you anymore! I mean nothing to no one but my cubs!" She hollared. "Why bother talking to someone you don't know anymore!"
"Liar you WANTED IT! ALL ALONG. YOU WANTED TO TAKE EVERYTHING AWAY FROM ME! THE GODS AND THE GROUND SEEM TO WANT ME UNHAPPY FOREVER.!" She screamed. When O'tep attacked her back she felt he claws grabbing but the pain wasn't really there at first, just the fear. She was afraid. She was afraid of O'tep. She started to scream in fright, starting to feel the pain, feel the injuries. Her neck had not hurt anyhting like this. She was afraid for her life. Surely her screaming was going to attract attention. What would Tariq do-wait...
Why did she care? She continued to scream, her red eyes squeezed shut. But her screaming, it was as if she was letting loose years and years of neglect and sorrow, of the years of loneliness and fear. Her cries were wails now.

"Ha! I had a nice beating every day I've been here. I've been here since I was very little." She couldn't help but to laught, she was so angry she didn't even se much of the point of screaming at the second, that was until she heard her comment. "NOT EVERYONE IS GOING TO ABSOULETLY LOVE YOU UKOO DEAL WITH IT." She couldn't help but to growl she was starting to get annoyed. She ignored her comments, she was starting to feel betrayed. She couldn't believe what the lioness was saying. Half of it wasn't sure. Sure! She did in fact settle down however she did it for the interest for her cubs, only for her cubs, she didn't want anything to happen to them. She didn't want to lose them.
She concentrated on hurting the lioness. She wanted to make her pain clear to the lioness. She wanted to make sure that she felt every single scratch that she has received. She wanted to let the lioness knew what she was missing while she got beat. She was so angry nothing much could stop her that was until Ukoo started screaming. At first she didn't care, but it wasn't long until Tariq was coming. She stared at him for a moment before growling, taking a few more swipes then letting out a growl of frustration. She moved toward the lioness's face and stared down at her. "I guess I'll go back to myself. But only if you're up for that." She snarled before picking up a paw and swiping her in the face. She laughed before flicking her tial aorund and licking the blood off of her lips. "I'll see you later. Have fun thinking your the center of the world." And with that she started to stalk off in the other direction heading toward the lake of the pride.

As soon as it had started it was over, thats sort of what it felt like to Ukoo. She didn't reply to O'tep at all because what was the use. O'tep didn't understand, that was obvious. She just sat there, bleeding and crying, watching the white lioness leave with a smile on her face.
O'tep was smiling, did that mean she was happy to beat on her now. If she was a beyabanu, she'd be able too. Ukoo trembled, to be beaten... that would be death upon her for certain. She stood, shaking and trembling, eager to not look at her Pad. She turned and limped into the den, head hanging.
It was useless. She couldn't even get the lioness she loved to understand.
