xD Do neither of them have other stuff that would sway you one way or the other? Or are they basically the same?

I was gonna go with Washington Mutual before Chase took them over. Now I might go with Chase but I don't know. No paychecks to cash so it's kinda a moot point anyway. :/

I've been told Chase has some crazy hidden fees so I want to get like a user agreement form thingy to see fees and whatnot.

My aunt actually works for Chase, she was Wamu before the take over, and when Chase bought them out, she got so fed up with the banking she actually moved her accounts to a different bank. My mom hasn't moved but that's just because money's tight right now so she'd rather keep it where it is.
I don't personally know anything about them, I just know that when my aunt's branch manager tried to get me to open an account she recommended I not do it.

I read something recently saying only like 20% of people agreed they have good customer service. That alone tells me I should go else where. I cant stand my bank right now because their customer service is crummy and the tellers are beyond stupid. I'll be going to wells fargo since the same site said their percentage was much higher. I don't want to deal with more incompetent people that don't know how to deposit a check. I want to deal with trained people that understand every aspect of their job and should there come a time that they can't their manager should be able to. When every person in the building doesn't know what to do and I end up waiting 45 minutes while they call the head branch.. I just want to punch someone and walk away. I'd rather not deal with that anymore, it's not worth a free 100$. 1,000$.. maybe. xD

I can't help being a gorgeous fiend.
My aunt says that the people who came to her branch with Chase are snobs XP and that they treat the Wamu people like crap even though the Wamu people are more efficient workers.
It's just the card I drew.

Sadly, there are a lot of snobby people. I don't think I am. I just hate having 30+ minutes of my time wasted because someone can't deposit a check correctly. D: Inpatient? Definitely. Lol
I never tried Wamu. What happened to them to make Chase purchase them?
