An anime that strives to outdo itself every. Single. Episode. And with giant robots that run on the "will to fight", things get very awesome very fast.
It starts with Simon the digger, an orphaned boy living in an underground village. His big brother (aniki, actually) Kamina wants to go to the surface world, despite the village head's insistence that there's no such thing.
Then a giant robot and a busty girl with a huge gun fall into the village. Things, predictably, start picking up from there.
While the series starts off on a seemingly big scale, it ends with robots 10,000,000 lightyears in size that throw galaxies like shuriken. I am not making this up.
Basically, I want to know if anyone else has watched it. If you haven't, you will be hooked by the third episode. Guaranteed. But you don't have to worry; the show is about 26 episodes long. (But you will beg for more. Will.)
Before the awesome hotblood of Kamina, series like Naruto and Bleach will cry in shame. What else did you expect from a man whose creed is "Go beyond the impossible and kick reason to the curb!" and then have it work?

Katsuni Shouri O.o Never heard of an anime like this, nor have I ever heard of it. It seems strange..but I'm still not sure if it will be any good. It's VERY good. But hey, I'm baised. I get why you wouldn't take my word for it. At least watch the first few episodes before you judge it.
