The Shukun's Office is a large building near the center of the Kyuuten Tsuki's compound. The building not only houses the Shukun's Office, but also a large meeting hall and has a lovely water garden behind it.

Kumori is usually found in his office or sitting by the water garden. Anyone can speak to him when they need him or even when they don't.
If anyone has any questions they should feel free to ask him any time they want.
