There are 5 ways of healing the heart.
The first is to recite and understand the meaning of Holy Al Quran,
the second is to perform night prayers as much as you can,
the third is to befriend and mix with the pious,
the fourth is to fast as often as possible
and the fifth is to carry out night supplication by means of remembrance (dzikir).
