I want an ACR carbine- 14.5", not legal 16". And ******** pinning and welding.
Now, assuming that the ACR comes out by approximately Christmastime- and it should, seriously Bushmaster. Stop teasing me. And assuming that the 16" MSRP is about $3k, what can I expect to pay, not including tax stamp, for an SBR?
And, more importantly, what's the process, exactly, for getting that tax stamp?
