It takes 10 minutes to make a team on shoddy (assuming you know what you know what you want in your team beforehand, but the Smogon shoddy teambuilder can help you with that, and generate the team file for you, thus saving more time). And shoddy only takes like 5 minutes to download... if that. And only 1 minute to make an account. No email verification crap.
