Is anyone able to make hair CC

I'm not sure if this is in the wrong forum area or not, so if it is I'm sorry!
I was wondering if anyone is able to make CC of hair, like make a whole new hairstyle.
If someone can, could you make me a hair that's braided with bangs, and could the braid either be dropping down the back or over the shoulder? I will pay if you'd like me to, and depending on the price of course. I have 10k right now, I know it's not a lot. And the hair would need to be a ZIP file

Hmm, I'm not sure how many members of this guild actually create for the game. You might have a better chance if you check out MTS or insimenator for users who take requests.

Unfortunately I'm not able to get onto MTS. How do I find out if someone takes requests?

The first two links wont be much good if you can't get onto MTS though. May I ask why that is?

I don't know, all I did was visit it once or twice to look and my IP address is now banned... I can't figure out why it's banned though
