hated anime that have a GREAT plot going on but it has your least liked genre/type in there?

in my case seikon no qwaser =w= i like the idea of enemies/being able to control different elements, but all these eechi thingy in it? I don't want to watch it D8

Seikon no Qwaser, searched the manga and there's an ecchi and mature in it.
It looks like Allen, the red scar on his left eye looks a lil same with Allen
