Yes
You have too much going on in the chest area and the face, so it makes it seem too cluttered
Plus you have that yellow thing around the waist which doesn't match at all.

I suggest glasses and collar or what you have on your neck to be removed.
perhaps a set of cats teeth, or cheap vamp. fangs added.
Could keep the heartbreaker jacket but that if there is anything you want as a shirt either have only the shirt or only the jacket.
The pants either a plain set of pants or a set that is white in some shade not with the yellow on the waist.
Just my opinion, I dont want to be to pushy. sweatdrop
