Well, ever since every patch after I bought the game, I haven't had a normal pool. More like a lake. I want a normal pool back, and I don't know how to do that, so I'm kind of confused, has this happened to anyone else?

ps In this lakey pool you can't see your sims swimming.

I'll bet you need to go into your options mode and select "advanced redering." The box should be ticked off.

Is this a beach lot?
I've heard that one of the patches did something so beach lots can't have regular pools, only weird lake pools. I've never actually seen one myself.

I thought my sim was dieing eek
