I went gradient happy and I was wanted peer critique on how it looks and maybe tips for improvement. Thanks.

what program is this done in? If it's Illustrator I can point out some tips to fix it up, but otherwise I can only point out problems with it.

@invisible This is absolute least favorite piece. So any ideas or suggestions will be useful.

I'd suggest pumping up the value contrast, y'know, darker darks, lighter lights. Shade that puppy and give it some highlights.

Also your sunglasses are crooked. Is the ice cream falling off the cone? It doesn't seem really flush with the cone.
