Have you always wanted that little lion in the window? A leopard on your lap? A cheetah to chase? A hyena to hug? But time and time again, that adoption fee has been just too far out of your price range? If so, then Blessings of Penna is for you!

This charity is for those lonely people that only wish to have a furry little creature tear up their home. For those that have little to no income (including valuable antiques in their home!), read on to see how you can apply to get the terror soulmate you've always dreamed of!

All sub-banners in this thread will be replaced with SoA obtained through the charity when available.

Rules
1. You may only use this system if you have no other means by which to obtain customs (this includes items). Anyone caught cheating the system will be banned from the charity permanently and graylisted from the shop. We require proof via screenshots. (If you have no gold/items on you at the time but we know you have a gold income, you will be denied)
2. Individuals questers may not apply for any other customs (in this shop or elsewhere) while you are sponsored by the mule. If you come into gold and want to quest for other things, then you must cancel your quest with the mule to do so. If we see you entering customs for other things while sponsored by the mule, we will remove your quest, ban you from the charity permanently and graylist you from the shop. (This does not apply to pride owners applying for pride plots.)
3. Individual customs may only be obtained once every six months through the charity.
4. Pride plot customs may only be obtained once every year through the charity.
5. All customs obtained through the charity must be an adult. The only exception is if a pride plot requires a cub. (More info on this in the pride plot section)
6. We do not sponsor god customs. (We may have special events/months where we do this in the future, but at this time it is not going to be a regular occurrence.)
7. You may try for both an individual custom and a pride plot at the same time.


The Process
1. Find the appropriate post pertaining to your needs - do you want a single custom for yourself or do you want to try for a plot for your pride?
2. Read all the rules and information pertaining to that type of custom.
3. Fill out the form found in that post and take the required screen shots. (Please note: If you do not send the screen shots, your quest will be automatically denied)
4. PM the form and the required screen shots to this mule - Blessings of Penna.
5. Staff will look over your form. If everything has been filled out correctly, you will be added to the monthly raffle list. If you have done something incorrectly, you will be notified via PM.
6. At the end of the month, staff will roll from the approved quests in the raffle thread via this mule. First we will roll for one pride plot. Once that winner has been announced, we will tally up the gold left in the mule and raffle off up to five individual quests.
7. If you win, you need to post your form in this thread and read about the requirement information in the approved quest post.
8. After each raffle all the quests sent to the mule will be deleted and will need to be PMed again at the beginning of the month to try again if they have not won.


Denial and Appeal
1. We deny people based on a combination of their gold and their items. We will not deny anyone that has one or two very old items (ie: devil tail) because we know it is unlikely that people sell those. However, if someone has a stash of 100 letters or multiples of every EI, we are very likely to deny you.
2. If we deny you based on items, you may appeal to us.
3. We are not required to accept you just because you stated your case.
4. If we do change our decision and find out you have lied to us, we will ban you from using the charity ever again and very likely graylist you from the shop for a period of time.

This Month's Theme: Free-for-all!

All individuals are eligible for help with quests, provided that they don't have the means to pay for those quests themselves. We do not put specific requirements on questers in general but we may have specific monthly themes for our raffles that include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Complete newbies
2. Newbies with less than five SoA
3. Newbies to a certain species
4. Custom newbies
5. Free-for-all raffle

All individuals must provide a screen shot of their gold count and inventory as proof that they really do need the charity's help. (If you do not know how to take a screen shot and can't find anyone to help you, PM the mule and we will be happy to do so.)

Individuals may only use this system once every six months. This restriction starts at the time when you win sponsorship, not when you get the custom. (If back-to-back usage becomes a frequent problem we may have to put more restrictions in place.)

Individuals may only apply for one quest a time and may only have one individual quest in the system at once.

Individuals may only quest for adults.

We do not sponsor god customs.

The mule will pay for up to five SoA for a plot. We consider five SoA to be the basic minimum.

The mule may pay for more SoA depending upon plot requirement.
1. Detailing every position a character will play in a plot and then telling us why you need characters 6 and 7 is a good way to get extras. (ie: all 5 have specific good roles, but 6 and 7 are the villains)
2. Not giving us information about the first five characters and asking for two more will not get you extras. (ie: We know nothing about characters 1 - 5, but you want number 6 to randomly be the mate of #3. Why can't one of the others be his/her mate?)

Prides may apply for SoA of varying stages as long as they give a good reason as to why these SoA are these ages.
1. Making one of them the cub of two others is a good reason.
2. Making one of them a juvenile with no ties to the others and whose age has no importance to the plot is not a good reason.
3. We will not give out extra SoA to be the cubs of random pairings of the first five just because. If you apply for cubs to be the extra, they will need a good reason to be in existence. (ie: their conception must be a plot point)

These customs are semi-randoms. You may pick gender, stage, and up to three colors (or a general 'idea' for the customs, such as 'bright,' 'dark,' or 'either black, red, or white combos'). Nothing specific - no markings, etc. You may list additional notes like "#2 is son of #1" or "#3 and #5 should be siblings". (This is because when they are posted in this thread they are half price, and therefore follow the same guidelines as the Pridal Customs thread.)

These customs may only be given out in a contest. They can't go to any of the pride leaders and if we see clear favoritism (ie: all of them go to known associates of the pride leaders) we will take them back to be contested off by the mule and ban the pride from using the charity for pride plots.

If a pride owner wants a specific custom for the plot, they will have to apply like everyone else as an individual.

If the plot is not completed after all the SoA are customed, the mule will take the SoA back and contest them off. (You must be dedicated to finishing your pride plot, and this should be announced to everyone that enters your contest to receive an SoA for it.)

Prides may only use this charity to do a plot once a year. (This restriction is counted from the time you first win, not from the time you get all the customs.)

Pride customs may be posted in the Pridal Customs thread, in here, or in regular customs. They are only half price in the Pridal Customs and this thread, however. (We will still cover the price no matter where the custom is done, but in the event they are gotten at half price, the leftover will stay with the mule.)

Forms are to be sent from the Pride's mule.
1. All owners must provide the required screen shots.
2. We will be a little more lax on the requirements of income with Pride Owners. Normally, as long as they do not have the funds for the basic five between them, they will be approved. It is a case-to-case basis however! Multiple people makes it harder.

Important Notes!
1. Any approved quest posted in this thread may be taken at any time by any colorist. (If you're not okay with some of the colorists taking your custom, don't apply.)
2. Pridal customs from this thread are done at the same price as they are offered in the pridal customs thread (1/2 price). They are still full price in regular customs. (We will cover the price of either, depending upon where the custom is obtained.)


Winning Quest Requirements
1. Once a quest has won in the raffle, it needs to be posted in this thread. Post the exact form you sent to the mule and do not edit anything to do with the description without PMing the mule first. If we find that you edited the description without consulting with us first, we will remove your quest.
2. To keep the right to be sponsored by us, you must enter in at least one custom opening every six months. If you do not, we will remove your quest.
3. You must edit the dates you entered customs into your posts - we will not hunt down your entries. PMing the mule to say "I entered such-and-such but forgot to edit it in!" after your quest has been removed for inactivity will not work.


Penna's Choice
1. If a quest has been sitting in this thread for three months, it will be marked as Penna's Choice (aka: low luck).
2. To qualify for low luck, the quester must enter at least one colorist choice custom month during the three month period.
3. If they miss the colorist choice month within this three month period, they may enter any customs dated after that month to qualify.
4. Colorists are given extra incentive to pick these up.

Description: Peremende is cream, mint green, and pale gold, the colors of a peppermint wrapper. His mane and tail tuft are mint green, and his eyes gold; any other markings or details are up to the colorist.

Peremende is a bit of a hard a**; he expects people to pull their own weight and throw in all the effort they can to succeed. He is a reasonably good hunter for a male, although not a superb one. He usually catches enough to survive, but he doesn't snap his claws and expect gazelles to fall before him. Aside from being a bit fumbly around females and scared to death of deep water (he won't go into a river to cross, at all- he has to find a bridge), his biggest weakness is his sweet tooth. Thus, he'll bargain almost anything he can when he meets a ratel to get him some honeycomb. He's desperate for the stuff, although he does his best to hide what he considers the source of his shame from other felines.
