The say heaven is on your mother feet.
Hell is already created by God but the fire of hell is not turned on. Because the fire of hell needs the sins of human as a fuel.
That is why even if you're Muslims and you have a sin (even if it's as little as an atom) you'll be burn on hell to erase all ur sin. And after your sins cleansed by fire of hell, you will be transferred to heaven.
