So I have started teaching myself yoga, but I don't have any good yoga/meditation music. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Also, does anyone else enjoy yoga as a form of relaxation?

Yoga is kick a**! Usually I do 30-40mins of cardio, 10-15mins of strength training, and then I do yoga as a cool down. Recently I have been practicing yoga to reduce my stress level.

What kind of yoga do you practice?
Myself, I listen to Abney Park, Rasputina and Sepiachord when I do yoga. But that's because it's the music that I like and for me, listening to music I enjoy is something I indulge no matter what activity I am doing.

And I can't make it on my own!

I'm trying to do yoga myself.

I do not know, but I play Dark Territory, and some really light Techno.

Because my heart is in Ohio!

I'm just teaching myself the basics. A lot of the poses I have found are ones I use to do for my cooldown after cross-country practice. When I found them I was like "Hey, I have done these before!" ^_^ I have found some good cd's on Amazon. The one I bought is called Satori: music for yoga and meditation. The other one I want to get is called Yoga Groove by Soulfood.
