help!!!!

i have a male blue betta. his name is soldier blu-blu. i just cured him for pop-eye with epsom salt. now i noticed that he has a hole in his top fin that keeps stretching. and there's tiny ones on his tail and bottom fin. anyone help diagnose what he has! there is no other fish with him so it cant be nipping from other fish anyways the holes are in the middle of the fin. please help me soldier blu-blu is like my family to me! any advise is helpful!!undefined

Sounds like fin rot to me, too. The folks at UltimateBettas Forum should be able to steer you in the right direction for curing it, and figuring out what it is that's causing so much disease in your betta tank/bowl...
