Gundam seed destiny Movie?

I was reading about gundam and i found that there is suppose to be a gundam seed destiny movie- Like Kira joins ZAFT and it was suppose to come out in 2010 but because of soo many delays of the plot gundam 00 the movie is to help stall this.
