As for Lee's point, that's only the Bush-babies trying to pass that, and a vast minority of others not involved in the political system.. And most of the place is still unspoiled by farming and oil rigs, etc., purely serene countryside, it'd be such a waste to obliterate the natural splendor just to do what could much more easily and practically be achieved by throwing an oil drum full of money off a cliff and yelling "Fetch!"
