Okay, well I haven't watched very many animes, so I can not figure out who I should cosplay. I have dark brown hair, very tan skin, and brown eyes. Help????

Oh, please tell me what they are from, too. (so I can watch it)

Well without a picture, it's hard to help you completely.

I think maybe you might be able to pull off Anthy from Revolutionary girl Utena or Yoruichi from Bleach.

This website would help you a lot. Just choose the characteristics you want in a character and it will give you lots of suggestions. Though a lot of the characters are sometimes obscure and not quite known well.
