Animal: Dragons __________[ background]>>> Akira’s child hood growing up in the Noble ways of the Northern Water Tribe was that of any other average child in the Northern Water Tribe. Akira loved the stories of his grandfather, who was once a pirate of the seas and the adventure he only could wish of going on. Once he was coming of age, childish dreams of his youth seem to vanish until one faithful night.
His grandfather was having a heart attack and it was nothing the healers of the village could do. His grandfather was nearing his times end. Akira’s father was away across seas at the Southern Water Tribe begin a Politian like most of the men of the Northern Water Tribe. Akira’s grandfather looked upon Akira with tear filled eyes. He told Akira that he didn’t want him to become like his father. He wanted Akira to be free and travel the world and make something of himself other than a slave to the order of the Tribe. That night, Akira’s grandfather died. That same night, Akira left the Northern Water Tribe. From there, he traveled the world and visited all the other nations until he came to the Southern Water tribe. While there, he met up with his Father who was fierce with Akira for leaving the Tribe. At this time, Akira was a mere 18 and did not want to hear it from the man that was never there when he was growing up.
The Visit ended in a battle between father and son as his father was left to surrender to Akira’s superior water bending capability. After he left the tribe, severing his ties to the Water Tribe nearly completely, except from a few friends here and there. From then on, Akira became a pirate where he came by living through the Swamp of Ages. He trained in the way of the Foggy Swamp style where he learned Plant bending. Through endless wondering of the Swamp, Akira came across an egg. Soon, the egg hatch as it was that of a Sea Serpent. He later gave the creature the name Niomi. Him and Niomi traveled the world together Fighting and during what they please. Soon, he was known as “The Serpent”, a Demon of the Sea who was a force that was feared throughout the nations. Upon his 20th birthday, Akira returned to the Northern Water Tribe as his father passed away. His reason for returning was solely unknown to all, including himself. __________[ extra]>>> Akira developed a fighting style that was a combination of the Northern & Southern Water style with that of the Foggy Swamp Style he liked to call the flowing Serpent, Due to the way that he watched and trained with Niomi. In doing so, it caused him to be more alert in battle and focused in battle allowing from faster swifter movements in between bendings. Which allowed him to easily transition from plant to water and back as if he did so with his mind. |

He constantly skips work (much to the annoyance of his councilors) to play games with the children or read. He often is found, late at night, drinking tea as he reads a book.
Lereth's ability to be trusted is beyond many. He has no secrets, and does not judge people. Lereth's ability to sense when someone is emotionally hurt has angered the councilors as well, as he often bursts out of meetings to comfort a crying passerby. Raised in the Eastern Air Temple Kaya learned from the nuns of the Temple. She was a hard worker and learned quickly. She would often help Sister Iio care for the Sky Bison that lived at the temple, and so their relationship grew. Kaya was not very popular with the other children, and rarely was asked to play, so she spent most of her time in the Bison stables. After reaching the 25th level of airbending out of the 36 Kaya was forced to train even harder than before, and rarely got to visit the Bison anymore. Not even her own bison Fino. A few months into her training Kaya learned tht Sister Iio had been sent to the Western Temple, to offer assistance there, and Kaya hasn't seen her since.

Akiko technically was born in the Eastern Air Temple and lived their during the earlier years of her life but she ended up leaving going to the Southern Temple all due to a decision made by the Temple leaders. It had been decided that due to their population being so small it was best they all stuck together in one temple until they were enough to spread out.
Adapting quickly to the area it wasn't much different then before, well she was basically still with air benders so culture wise it was all the same. The only thing that changed was the area and place. Continuing with her studies and training she progressed, taking it seriously. By the age of 15 she masted all teh basic techniques goign from adept to teacher. Sense then she has been teaching younger generations while learning the master techniques.

Fire-
Fireballs: a basic ability; jabs and punches produce miniature fireballs and missiles of flame. These can be charged up (refer to Charged Attacks) to create larger slower bursts, or swift repetitive strikes to keep opponents off balance.
Fire Streams: another basic firebending ability, Firebenders can shoot continuous streams of fire from their fingertips, fists, palms, or legs. These streams can be widened to create flame-thrower like techniques. Fire Nation soldiers are often seen using this technique to damage or destroy villages or towns.
Blazing Rings & Arcs: Spinning kicks or sweeping arm movements create rings and arcs to slice larger, more widely spaced, or evasive targets.
Fire Bomb: A more short range attack, a Firebender can create a flame at the end of a limb, and thrust the flame down in a explosive burst.

__________[ background]>>> Growing up in Ba Sing Se, Yun led the life of a commoner. His father was a farmer and his mother worked in a tea shop, serving to rich nobles. His parents lead a peaceful life, they never did anything out of the ordinary or unexpected; a trait Yun picked up early in life. Yun had one sibling, a younger sister named Xing, whom he cared for and protected until she was able to protect herself.
At the age of 12, Yun's power began to manifest, slowly at first, but eventually maturing as he did. Training was never easy for him, his father worked him so hard that he had maybe an hour of free time a day. This didn't stop him though, using the hour he trained vigorously by himself, until one day an Earth Bending instructor passed by his house and noticed the boys skill. With a little persuasion, he was allowed to leave with the man to study properly as the mans student.
Ten years passed, and in that short time, Yun's life had begin to shape its self. His body had become sculpted and his skills with bending had increased tenfold. His teacher was very proud of him for all that he had accomplished, but was saddened when he had nothing more to teach him. In their final duel, Yun bested his teacher, before saying his farewell.
After leaving his master, he disappeared from society for many years. His history at this point is very much unknown. Most believe he went underground to live amongst the badgermoles and to learn more from them. What ever it was he did he didn't return until another five years had passed. At this point in his life there was no one better at earthbending and so he decided to make a little coin in the arena. Soon enough he had enough money to buy himself anything he desired. His one desire was to share his knowledge and so he built himself a school, where he would teach the students all that he had learned and that is exactly what he did. __________[ extra]>>>
