Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique- This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage

Water Release: Water Dragon Whip- This jutsu creates an orb of water from which many sharp whips of water emerge that can be directed towards and impale a target or multiple targets

Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death- gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire

Background Information
is from the hiddian mist he is of the momochi clan but uses all water ninjutsu because he was abbonded as a child and a water ninja raiased him teaching him great water ninjutsu now he is the amekage of the hiddian rain and wishes to bring the entire rain country to peace

"I am sorry that we don't have a wider selection of research notes sir." Zephel sighed.

"Oh, uh." Zephel looked at him. "I, uh, I'm sorry sir. H-he wanted a job. H-h-he left his village for quite understandable reasons, but I will tell him to leave. S-so sorry, sir." He bowed and began to run out of the room.

"O-of c-course, sir. I'm sorry." He bowed. He was nervous at heart and had a low confidence. His job as the Amekage's assistant was his first job and he had really wished he could provee himself, but he had messed up terribly this time. "I will correct my error." He said in a said, quiet, small voice. Zephel turned slowly, not looking up.

Zephel tried to perk up, not wanting to worry the Amekage. "Of course sir. I won't let it happen again." He said. Zephel smiled.

"Uh, I have Jouro Senban, Kanashibari no Jutsu, and Senai Jashuu." He responded.

"Um, okay. I'll send a clone to tell the Leaf Ninja to leave." He sent a clone. "Ok." He followed.

"Do you need me to do anything sir?" Zephel asked.
