Story:
One morning _____(witness_) was taking a walk through Vitamin Park and saw a terrible sight. There was a girl lying dead inside the jungle gym and it looked like she'd been beaten and stabbed. They immedietly phoned the policy when they saw ____(defendant) sitting asleep under a near by tree.
It seems like a pretty open and close case but the defendant claims to have been knocked out before ever seeing the victim, now known to be Ms. Belle Amour, whom they claimed to not even know. Now it's up to the law to decide what happened and whether or not ____(defendant) is guilty or innocent.
