Syr
His large pale body shimmered in the sunlight, relaxing outside looking very much like the cat that got the cream. he knew Kifa and Thuraya were sleeping so he was enjoying some alone time. Not that his mind didn't constantly flitter back to the den and the cubs within. He was feeling very proud of himself, very proud of himself indeed. Everything was coming up roses for the big male he was convinced nothing could possibly go wrong.

A sigh rolls over his lips and he opened his blood ed eyes to look at the dens mouth. He could sit here all day and just watch his home, knowing that everyone inside belonged to him.

Pinch
Kokojicho was feeling restless. It was odd, but since she'd gradually grown to become a rather lovely adolescent, her thoughts had become more and more consumed by Kwea. He wasn't "Papa Kwea" as her brothers and sister had come to call him. No, he was and always would be her Pad Kwea. She'd had yet to spend any alone time with him, and noticing that he rested outside, she decided now was as good a time as any.

Mimicking the graceful way her mother moved, Koko stepped outside and cleared her throat slightly in order to gain Kwea's attention. Arranging herself in a shaft of sunlight near her Pad, she waited for him to notice her.

Syr
Kwea turned his head to look at kook, a brow raised, a slight quirk of his lips showed his amusement at her movements, mimicking her mother, one day she would become as beautiful as her mother he had no doubt, but at the moment she was still a little young for her to think of her like that.

"Koko." he smiled, flashing her a small handsome grin as he looked her over. "Do you need something little one?" He questions his bloody red eyes overly curious.

Pinch
Koko fought back a scowl. Little one? She was no cub. She was a vibrant and lovely lioness, was she not? Indeed, she did not want to show her displeasure at being called 'little one' and instead moved a bit closer to the large lion whom she adored.

"I need nothing, Pad Kwea," she trilled softly in a no-longer-squeaky voice. "Only to be by your side." Koko had heard her mother say such things to Kwea, and they seemed to please him. Perhaps they would please him coming from Koko, as well?

Of course, she'd just told a lie, one she wouldn't admit to. She wanted so much more from Kwea; this she knew from the bottom of her young little heart.

Syr
Kwea raises a brow and chuckles inwardly. She was trying to flirt? It was fairly obvious to the older male that she was already devoted to him, but she was much too young for him to lavish his attention upon her yet. One day, he would certainly give her his love but she was just too young right now for him to do anything beyond looking at her and admiring her as she grew.

He purses his lips a little, his bloody mane falling in his eyes, which made his flick it from his eyes. "Does your mother know you are out here?" he questions, his tail flickering in a slightly annoyed manner. It was all well and good watching her admiration from afar but she must know she was too young, surely Amara had informed her he would not look at her until she was much older.

Pinch
This time she didn't stop the scowl that crossed her features. Who cared about her mother? Koko surely didn't. "She does not, Pad Kwea. I wished to spend time with you." She took a few steps forward, schooling her features once more into a look of adoration before seating herself before him once more. She heard the irritation in his voice but wasn't sure why it was there.

Falling silent, she merely gazed at him with adoration and perhaps even a little, sick bit of hope. Hope for what? Well, Koko wanted Kwea to claim her as Banu, even now, even at this young age. It would appear the juvenile had more of Sarai in her than her mother would've liked.

Syr
Kwea sighs heavily, clearly he was going to have to speak to Koko, she was taking far too many liberties. Holding out his paw he motioned for her to come and sit closer. "Come and sit with me Koko, I think we need to speak." He sighs a little, feeling frustrated by her actions. She was much too young for him to start taking that particular interest in her and though he could see her future potential he knew he had to put a stop to this particular fantasy for the moment.

Pinch
Koko's eyes brightened considerably when he gestured for her to move closer. Yes, this had been just what she'd wished for. All of his attention, directed only at her. Koko craved this, and was oblivious of the fact that Kwea wanted nothing to do with her at this age. She harbored the fantasy that he would sweep her off her paws and take her away, perhaps to the meadow she knew he had taken Kifa to on more than one occasion.

"Yes, Pad Kwea," she murmured dreamily, moving as close to him as possible. She inhaled deeply of his scent, her young heart beating wildly in her chest.

Syr
Clearing his throat he scooped up the young female and sat her between his front paws. he wasn't sure how to start this particular conversation. "Koko, now you may think you are old enough to be giving me, those looks, and you need to realise you are very young." He frowns his brow scrunching in an irritated manner.

"You need to realise you are too young Koko." He states, a slight growl at the back of his throat. "You are too young to be doing this, you are making a fool of yourself and embarrassing me. Now you will stop this foolishness and I will approach you when I feel you are ready and not before, am I understood?" He raises both brows twitching his tail tip.

Pinch
Well, that wasn't what the youngster wanted to hear. "I am prettier than mother, and Kifa, and Thuraya. They are all three fat and old." She frowned, pouting. She did not realize that he was irritated, noticing only that her feelings were hurt and she was aggravated that he'd turned her down.

"Would you rather I call you Papa Kwea like Ric and Ege and Chacha do? That I find playmates, maybe a future Pad of my own?" She growled softly, huffily, completely unhappy with this turn of events. "I only wish to please you in whatever I do." Her voice took on a whine, one that belied her attempt at maturity.

Syr
Kwea growls and without a moments hesitation he bites her roughly, pinching the scruff of her neck though he did not draw blood, he knew this bite would leave her shoulders aching for days afterwards. "You should know your place Koko!" His lips turn in a snarl, she was very much pushing his temper.

"You are too young for me to see you as one of my true Banu but the time will come when I will and until then you are to obey me and your mothers as any good Banu should." he growls tipping the young female over he pins her with one large paw his claws unsheathing from his padded toes. "Do you understand?"

Pinch
Koko closed her eyes, hiding the perverse joy that his rough treatment brought her. She allowed no outward sign that she enjoyed such treatment, instead letting out a whimper that was well-earned. It hurt, where he bit down on her scruff, but the excitement outweighed the pain, perhaps even enhanced it.

At his final words she opened her pretty green eyes, the light in their depths would likely be unnerving to Kwea. Almost breathlessly she murmured a soft, "Yes, Pad Kwea," before closing her eyes again, relishing the feel of his nails through her fur and the lingering sting of his teeth against her scruff.

Syr
Kwea shakes his head, his blood red eyes fixed on the little chocolate female, he rolls her back over on to her belly and puts his head beside her, his large head and thick, silky mane surrounding her.

"You should not so urgently wish to grow up Koko. Now go back to your mother and do not let me hear these words from you again. I will tell you when you are ready and not before. Do you understand?" he looks sideways at her. Hoping she got the hint.

Pinch
Koko scowled when he told her to go back to her mother. She was no cub! Resolutely she rose to her feet. She would find a way to get the attention she desired, one way or another. Even if in anger, she would have his attention. The wheels in Koko's young mind were already turning; she would find a way.

Twitching her tail at him, she gave Kwea a nod before moving away. He thought he knew so much, that he knew her better than she knew herself? Kokojicho scoffed inwardly. He would see that he was wrong. Perhaps he would even make her Beybanu, and she could send away her simpering mother.

"I understand, Pad Kwea," she lied, all innocence and agreement. "I will seek out my mother now."

Syr
Kwea shakes his head watching the youngster pad off in to the den. She was going to be trouble. He was starting to think he attracted troubled females. Though her mother was very good, she had caused him problems in the past, and hadn't he taken in Kifa? She had calmed as she had gotten older perhaps Koko would too, though she already seemed overly jealous of his attentions.

A deep thoughtful look crossed his maw, he would have to speak to Amara about this. For the moment though, he could relax. Closing his deep red eyes he let a sigh roll over his maw, the content feeling returned to him as he went back to dreaming about his perfect harem and his new cubs.
