rahna I hadn't ever heard of it until I joined this guild. What's it like? Okay, so this girl Amu is in elementry school and has the reputation of "School Punk" even though she never did anything but dress like a punk. It was all started by rumors, and then she got caught up in keeping that reputation even though she hated it. So, she made a wish to become the person she really wanted to be, and the next morning she found three eggs in her bed. Each egg held a little person inside; Ran, Miki, and Su. They each represent Amu's "self she wants to be".
Ran: the athletic part of Amu Miki: the artistic part of Amu Su: the motherly part of Amu
These little people are called Shugo Charas or Guardian Characters. Without warning, they'll change your character, and the outcome can be a handful! Amu tries to get use to it while at the same time is dragged into an adventure that's totally crazy.
There are also eggs that belong to people who get depressed. When those people get depressed, their egg turns black with a white "X" on them. Properly called X Eggs. When that egg hatches, the opposite form of the Shugo Chara is born and causes a ton of distruction. Amu has made a vow to turn all of the X Eggs back to normal to no one will ever have to lose their dreams!
