Sims 3 Game Updates

Okay so, a new update was posted on the 26th for Late Night(which I still don't have yet :C) and my game won't update! Everytime I open up the laucher, it says my game is up to date. And also, my laucher is having problems closing. Here's a picture of what comes up when I close it:

I really don't want to uninstall it. But, if a have to, I will. Please help!!

it does that to me too, after i installed the new patch. and the game always crashed before i get a chance to play.

it's happening to a lot of people, so i hope they fix dat stuff up :-/

It helped update my games when I didn't even realise they needed updating.
The Launcher isn't great at getting it right.

It's happening to me too it started after I installed Late Night... so I re-installed everything and it's still happening... hopefully they will fix it too. Oh and everytime I try to update my game my launcher will crash.. but I can still play the game without any problems.

I get the launcher crash and have done for a while. It only ever does it once I've told the launcher to close or it tried to close itself so it seems as though something is going wrong when the launcher attempts to shut down.
I've not had it cause any extra issues though other than just being an extra box to click to cancel the "This program has stopped responding" message.
