	It's grown into a scream 私は音楽には意味があるのはうんざりしている If I could clone my immune system and pass it out to everyone, I would. I only get sick once or twice a year. neutral Lots of vitamins (GOOD vitamins. Good rule to follow is, if you can't easily break it into pieces with your fingers, your body isn't going to absorb enough of it to make it worth the money you spent on it). Lots of yogurt or probiotic pills if you don't like yogurt. Lots of vitamin C and lots of sleep. SLEEEEEEEEEEP. It works wonders. o.o -Would hug Leader but doesn't want to be puked on. 	Yesh leader, I has a condition called gout. It's caused my knees to deteriorate to the point that I have knees equivalent to a 50+ year old when I'm only 23.

	Poor Kuro. sad I've an anxiety disorder. Causes me to be bipolar and freak out over everything. Probably not good for my immune system to be constantly anxious and freaking out xD I feel mostly better today though! Even though this morning I like... froze at work x.X

	KuroAkaNeko Yesh leader, I has a condition called gout. It's caused my knees to deteriorate to the point that I have knees equivalent to a 50+ year old when I'm only 23. Yesh, my dad and grandpa both have that. They take pills and still get outbreaks and all of them on the complete opposite scale of pleasant. @Leader: Do what everyone else has suggested. Sleep, vitamins, etc. My immune system isn't as bad as it once was back in high school. I take airborne at the first sign of sickness and I haven't been sick for as long as I used to be. I also take Zicam for my nose issues when I'm sick, there's a cotton q-tip type of Zicam that you just barely put on the inside of your nose it works for me. I do the one for allergies but there is one for colds.
