Zombie almost didn't notice the green blur as something brushed passed his leg. However, a good amount of training, and 20/20 vision on his part both helped him to dodge the creature's next attack. "Ah! I see. So this is the enemy I must face?" Zombie smiled slightly. The opponent was evidently very fast, but he still believed that it didn't stand a chance against him. "Here goes nothing!" He cried as he charged at it. Unfortunately, the thing was faster than he had first anticipated. Instead of taking it out in one blow, as he had initially intended to, he only managed to graze the small creature. "Tch." He muttered as he turned back to face his opponent.

Zombie wasn't surprised this time as the small creature zigzagged back and forth. Though, even without the surprise associated with it, he still couldn't seem to keep his eyes on the furry litte thing. "Stay still... for one second!" He cried out in annoyance. A ways away, the grunny tilted his head to the side cutely. If he hadn't been attacked by the things just moments ago, he would have thought it was the most innocent thing on the planet. As it was, he wasn't going to let it fool him. "That's better. Now it's time to..." Without bothering to finish his sentence, he swiftly went after the creature, a small smile forming on his lips. A smile that was very much warranted, it turtned out, for Zombie had managed to strike a very powerful blow. The grunny hissed in an unnatural manner as it spun and darted away. Zombie turned in a flash as he started after it. He was slow close! He had to finish this!

Zombie cried out in glee as he felt his weapon catch the small creature. He had been chasing the grunny all night, and had only just managed to catch it. "What a pain." He huffed as he watched the creature struggle below him. "You're reign of terror ends now!" He declared as he brought his weapon up for the finishing blow.

Zombie was just about to bring the weapon down, when suddenly the grunny seemed to gain a great deal of hidden energy. The small green creature spun it's head around and latched firmly onto his foot. He stared down at it in shock, unable to move for a moment. However, he finally managed to shake off the thought when the pain suddenly seeped up his leg. "Aiii! Get off! Getoff, getoff!" He cried as he shook his leg as fast as he could.

The small creature finally let go and scurried off as Zombie bent down to examine his leg. It didn't look like the wound was too bad, but he knew it was not going to help him in the long run. "Curses." He muttered under his breath as he limped after the fleeing grunny. "Get back here!" He yelled uselessly as he continued after it.

Zombie didn't know if he'd be able to capture it. The thing was literally running circles around him. He scowled at it as he kicked out his uninjured foot. He almost hit it, too. Almost. He sighed heavily as he continued to chase after the fleeing figure. "Story of my life." He said unhappily as he limped forward.

Zombie frowned slightly as he continued after the creature. It had been a daunting night, and he wasn't sure how much longer he could keep this up. Hopefully he was able to finish the thing soon...

Apparently he had been a lot closer than he had first realized, for not but a moment later he found himself next to the grunny. He paused, wondering if it had seen him. It didn't look like it... in fact, it looked a little distracted with whatever it was eating to pay anything else much attention. Zombie crept forward slowly, a small smile forming on his lips as he did so. A moment later he brought down his weapon. A finishing blow. "Finally!" He sighed in relief, as he sank to the ground. "Finally. Now I think I need to sleep... It's been a long couple of days."
