'Twas the weeks before Christmas, and all through the land

... Mysterious footprints were left in the sand.
Not one's or in two's or in three's did they come
But millions and billions most tried to escape from.

Efforts to stave them would end with dismay
So heroes were called in to help save the day.
Among them a woman stuck out like a tack
The men all around her all tried to stay back.

Whispered about was her game-given name
"Zemyx," they said, "heard she isn't the same."
She unsheathed her sword and said with a grin,
"Just you watch and you'll see if those Grunnies can win."
Then she, just like that, with a smirk on her face
strode out of the building, leaving no trace.

(Written in the same basic--not exact, I already know this--format of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. No attacks are on this post.)

Upon her grand exit she came to a road
And passing close near her a great Grunnie slowed.
Attacking with malice the green Grunnie roared
But with skill and great speed Zemyx pulled out her sword.

The green bunny clashed with the edge of the blade
Ensuring its death was not too far delayed.
Jumping back with its eyes in a glazed form of hate
It stared at the girl contemplating its fate.

Grunnie: HP 35/40

Once more it did lunge with its sharp white teeth bared
Missing the girl and sitting trapped and ensnared.
She brought down her blade in an arc full of fury
Again and again it swung 'round in a flurry.

The poor little Grunnie could hardly react;
As he dodged some hard blows one had made an impact.
Starting to see that this girl could outdo him
The Grunnie turned tail fore survival got slim.

Running forward she chased down the green fuzzy thing
not a sound did she make when she let out a swing.
The sad sound it released when the sword pierced its side
caused it ultimately to go lose its stride.

It turned 'round to be faced by its bold opposition;
the girl who his death was her only found mission.
It then came to conclusion its life would be snatched
so he laid in the road waiting to be dispatched.

While the men stood in awe at the building behind them
She just whipped off it's head as though it were a stem.
"Haha!" she then cried and turned herself 'round,
"Can you do what I did, not making a sound?"

And with that, she was hired to rescue the town
Along with two others who she somewhat beat down
Until giving up and maybe making friends
The trio set off wielding strange odds and ends.

Grunnie dies

Their adventures had led them to enemy grounds
Where they then saw a Labtech testing with compounds.
Nicole and Mikayla looked at him with smirks
While Zemyx stood by them admiring his works.

But with a curt nod they all spurned into action;
to jump on the Labtech consumed by distraction.
Unbeknownst to the fighters they caught him too late
and they barely caused harm to his physical state
as the Tech turned away with a sauntering gait.

Labtechs: HP 59/60

"I see you are strong," said the arrogant Tech,
"but it just ends in wreck when you make a bad check."
But Zemmy is not the good listening type
So instead she rushed forward to take one more swipe.

This action the Labtech did not quite expect;
In the midst of a monologue -- savagely decked!
"How dare you!" he cried with a zombie-like scream,
"My face, how you've marred it, it's heavenly gleam!"

With snarling teeth he then threw himself towards her
and they landed too hard, her mind now a white blur.
Zemmy's friends cried a war cry; this creature would pay
they lunged at the creature to keep him at bay.

Although she had landed too hard for her liking
The girl searched the ground for her tool made for striking.
She cursed at the fact she had loosened her grip
Then felt metal as she heard a sickening rip.

With horror she turned to the source of the sound
To see poor Mikayla slump onto the ground.
She was not deceased but the girl's blood still boiled
And she stood up to make sure the Tech's plans were foiled.

No intention of guarding, the girl swung her blade;
For hurting her friends this mad man would be flayed.
And thus her sharp weapon sunk into his shoulder
Her sympathy gone and her outlook much colder.
