Despite having spent so much time here earlier in this life, Din-tei still found herself coming back to this place relatively often. Truly odd, she wouldn't have ever guessed that she would spend as much time as she did here, but there were many things she wouldn't say she could have predicted herself doing. Something in her loved this cold place, she couldn't put her paw on it if you wanted her to. Din loved the cold here, and the potential for loneliness, if you sought it out hard enough. More importantly, there were no mortals. Ever. If they were here, they were dead- a thought that often gave solace to the goddess. They could be amusing, if one was in the proper mood, or they could be utterly annoying with their stupidity. And then their complaints as a result of that stupidity.
Even in spite of that stupidity, there was quite the number of gods who felt that their foolishness was some sort of endearing quality. In fact, she had only met a few that felt the same as she did... None of whom she had bumped into in this life. At best, she had met gods who felt neutral to the beings and who didn't enjoy toying with them even in the slightest.
Still, as much as she liked the escape, and often enjoyed the change in scenery from the mortal realm, she didn't always enjoy the cold. Often she did, but sometimes not. Her fur and feathers blew weightlessly with the wind, which was particularly harsh today. She squinted her eyes shut and pushed through, though she sought some sort of shelter. Her eyes caught sight of an opening to... a cave? She squinted to affirm it, but sure enough, there was one.
She couldn't remember there being caves up here, but then, she hadn't ever looked, and sometimes her memories weren't the keenest with stuff like this. Regardless, she took it as a blessing and ducked in, giving the snow a shake and deciding to entertain herself by going on a little exploring expedition.

Din pressed slightly farther into the cave. While she may be a goddess, and thusly more robustly built than most of the individuals she'd run into in her life, but she still proceeded with caution. The deeper she went, the more prominent the darkness, and the more difficult to see the floor. Caves had a mysterious way of suddenly dropping off, or turning, it was difficult to predict. Besides that, she didn't want to live out a long period of this life trapped in this cave, and so she didn't stray exceedingly far from its entrance. After all, even if she were to lose her way, the goddess wouldn't die- gods didn't need food, just belief. She would live a long time in a cave, if she were to somehow get trapped.
And that would be painfully boring to her.
Her thoughts were broken, though, by the sound of a chime... Definitely not a noise made by the wind here in the god's haven, someone else was here. Din may have always enjoyed toying with mortals, but other gods were slightly different. You couldn't say she was scared of them, (far from it,) but you could say that she treated them, in general, with more respect.
"Who's there?" she asked flatly, but loudly, padding confidently towards the mouth of the cave, ears perked forward.

Large ears pinned forward as the Goddess stepped within one of her selected caverns, and her nostrils flared as she took a deep breath. This was home. At least, in the sense that her powers flowed through her veins in delight, knowing they were within their domain. It was a swell of power inside her that the lioness had to wrestle with, taming down the urge to use such skills on a reckless whim. Such as to find this trespasser lurking in the dark before her....
But that didn't last long, as the other immortal willingly stepped forward from the shadows. With her dim eyesight, Sayida stood her ground with a calm and stern expression as she scanned the individual. It was a female, judging by the scent and lithe body shape. And her form was nearly as dark as the cave she was in, save for her metal jewelry glinting against the reflected sun light.
"I could be saying the same thing." Her voice echoed, though it sounded like an ill whisper. Her heavy tail thunked on the stone behind her heels as she tilted her head. "If you can't handle the weather outside, then perhaps you should stay in the mortal world?"

A flicker of irritation briefly covered her face, but it was only for an instant. "Ouch," Din said, brow quirked with a sarcastic grin finding its way onto her muzzle as she padded a little further forward before stopping again, at more of a conversation distance. "What an assumption, that I can't handle the weather!" She said, though it was partially a lie- she was in here at least partly due to weather. Well, alright, mostly due to weather. The stranger had no need to know any of that, however. Her tail flicked lightly behind her, she had no idea who this one was. She couldn't remember ever seeing the lioness... And she seemed like someone Din would surely remember.
She was darker, not unlike herself. But no, this was definitely an unfamiliar goddess. "How about a trade," Din transitioned. "I'll tell you who I am, and you can tell me who you are," she said this as though there would be no bargaining before she continued. "My name's Din-tei- I'm Gravity." Had she been speaking to a mortal, this encounter would be different. Even assuming she were to be kind to a mortal, she would at this point give some demonstration of power- levitating a nearby pebble or something. Perhaps she had an affection for showmanship. However, considering this was a fellow god she was speaking to, she doubted this would leave little impression. After all, if some other god paraded their powers to her, she would have laughed in their face, so she avoided that fate. She looked straight into the pupil-less eyes of the other goddess expectantly, awaiting her end of the deal.
