Vampire Ghost Babies?

Is it possible?
I know there is a special ghost if a vampire died of thirst, with Late Night, and seeing as you can make ghost babies.

I am yet to see one, and I might try to make might because vampire ghosts look sooo cool.

I'm guessing that it should be possible. Although I haven't even tried playing a Vampire Ghost (adult), so I don't know if they can still bite people
