Why hasn't the zLotto started?

No one has asked this question,but it's been nearly two weeks since the zLotto was originally supposed to start. The delay is on purpose, not just us being lazy!
zOMG! needs to meet a certain profit quota every month. This month, they've nearly made it, with both the release of Pets, and the BB Headstart Ticket. Next month, they will have new Pets, but there won't be any new Headstart Ticket to give them that extra bit of cash.
Because of that, we're waiting until February, hoping to give zOMG! an extra boost in profits, in place of a new Ticket.

Edit: That's not to say the Boardwalk Ticket won't be available next month. It's just that as things get older in the Cash Shop, they stop selling as well. Most people who want a BB ticket, have gotten one by now.
