Can a male sim impregnate an unplayable female?

Like for instance, say I was playing Beua Andrew, and he had an affair with Judy Bunch, could he get her pregnant if he tried? Like I know when two sims are cuddling and whatnot and you click on the guy there is a "Try for baby" option on him, too.

So yeah, I'm hoping you can, because that would make things so much more interesting.

Like have a guy and make him impregnate every girl he comes into contact, he would have a lot of angry husbands/boyfriends at his door. Plus an unholy amount of b*****d children.

Yes!
I have done this in my Riverview game. I was planning the whole have a few kids with a few different women but only one was responsive to him. She even invited him to move in with her!
