Cutting Mags down...

I'm looking maybe to get a Century C93, HK clone that shoots 223. Problem is most mags on the market are 40 or 30 rounders. and trying to use a shooting bag or sand bags might get a little crazy with that long mag sticking down there.

so, buy some cheap ones and cut down would be okay? tips or any sites you have seen do this?

Try looking for smaller mags at other stores.

I've seen aluminum 40 rounders go for like 35-40 bucks...steel 20's over 100 for one mag.

if you cut em down youre gonna have to weld them.

theres always the beta mag they make for it

orrrr, you can convert it to use AR mags

but if youre going to go that far why not just spend like 100 or 200 dollars extra and get an AR?

I could go do one day at the range with the beta one.

I've been looking back and forth at the C93 and AR's. I do like that if I wanted to I could get a 9mm upper or any different upper and change it up with the ar.
