It's Monday for a liquor store, which is kinda like a kid working in a candy store for me. biggrin
The lady seemed really impressed when I was talking to her when I turned in the app, so hopefully it works out.
It's the first interview I've had in almost a year.

Thanks.. I will be awesome! And on the booze thing, I do fine, as long as I'm not dumb enough to do shots. That is why I have the other half hide it on the rare occasions I get carried away. I only do shots when I'm depressed, and I hope when I'm working, I'll be less depressed.
Also, I think I'll be trying to go back to school for jewelry lessons this year.

Boo... they called me and asked for a rain check, someone no showed at another store and the hiring manager had to cover and couldn't make my appointment.

Still haven't heard back... I called last Monday and was assured they still want to interview me, but they have to get the other store situated first. *sigh*

Stay persistent. Check in once a week. That way it shows them too that you really wanna work for them.
