... again...
Boyfriend and I purchased the "Top 50 WWE wrestlers of all time".... ... ... and I was oogaling at the young pretty boys....
oops.
I think I'm gonna sleep on the futon tonight... ;___;
Anyways... Mongoose keeps getting all busy with school, trying to get an education and graduate by December, and finding a good grad school or internship job.... and getting my dysfunctional organization organized.... Busy busy busy.
How are my less busy (or maybe more busy) fluffers doin? What does the fluffs think would qualify as "social media dependence/addiction"? ... cause I'm not doing a study on it....

Going on a field trip to the career center at school today. Then, after school, anime club! AND it may be a tournament of Naruto Ninja Storm 2! Or something like that... BUT IT'S FUN! My bf, his broham, and I set up anime club... It's fun. This will be our second meeting.

Social media dependence/addition....
Well social networks like facebook have a bad rep due to the fact that it's believed that everyone on there can't go a day without typing in something or updating or whatnot and with access being granted via phones that bad reputation has only worsened.
Also the fluffs should know by now that I have no life.

It's a time filler for me. There are times in the day where there's absolutely nothing going on.

Also the fluffs should know by now that I have no life. But don't you think the addiction starts BECAUSE it's so easily and readily available? But honestly I'm just trying to focus on the rare cases, like those crazy Korean parents who neglect their kid to play StarCraft II.
I've got a lot of work ahead of me tho...I have to come up with a million questions to find the right ones... =____=mihawk13 I personally think people are starting to like being with friends for realz instead of facebook nowadays, that's how me & quite a few of my friends are. & btw hi, I'm new 3nodding Hm... Not necessarily. I think it's... a depends.... Hello there good sir.

More than likely. Though the addition was there even before it got onto phones. I'm thinking it's because people want to feel special. They want others to read what they type and desire to read it, even when it's not all that meaningful.
I mean really I heard that it was full of random things like: "I just ate spaghetti, it was good." Really? You want someone to desire to read that?
But that was wayyy back in the day of Facebook's beginnings.

I'm online for hours, but I rationalize that with the fact that I'm running 2 online shops and managing a third... I didn't realize how hard it is to find free advertising, if you don't know exactly what you are doing..
So my fb fan page doesn't get enough updates, my tweets are off topic, and I spend way to much time reading debates about everything from the end of the world to why being mean to new makers of chain maille is wrong.
Also, I'm addicted to books. That doesn't help. Also, I'm practically a hermit, though I did go to a bar with a friend the other night. Her brother is getting married, and she needed someone to carry the bride to be out to the car after she got s**t faced. Well, and someone to do shots with the bride so she didn't feel weird. There were only the 3 of us, and my friend couldn't drink, she was driving.

Internet, specifically social networking sites, grant quick and fast responses and self validation... without actually doing anything. Receiving praise for.... not doing anything that deserved it. Ah internet. Such a helpful useful tool... but oh boy is it such a burden. Love hate relationship.
