Well Fluffentough, Shifty hasn't been here in the guild very often, mostly due to this new work schedule he has, but in all likelihood Shifty wont be able to be on Gaia for a couple of months. The retarded government somehow couldn't forsee this whole government employees not getting paid thing and, since Shifty counts as a government employee he wont be able to pay his internets for lack of funding. But, Shifty will hopefully be back online soon. Until then, take care Guildy Fluffers.

Eh, I don't know which programs had funding cut, but either way I generally became apathetic to everything outside of my family and friends about three years ago. :/
