Rather, what I'm asking is if anyone knows if people still RP on Gaia anymore or if maybe I've finally lost my mind.

There was, long ago. And there was one in the guild too, but with the lack of traffic we've had lately, Leader shut down everything except the main forum to try to pick the traffic back up.
