I was suppossed to ship out to US Navy boot camp yesterday, but the Chicago airport shut down do to really poor weather and a tornado warning, so my flight got cancelled. I'm supposed to leave this afternoon instead, and until then I'm hanging out in the Denver International Airport's USO office. This USO office is awesome. It has free food and drinks, computers with internet access, X-Box 360s, a ton of books and magazines, a sleeping area, televisions, and really comfortable seats. However, some of the other people here have told me that a lot of other USO offices suck. Since there are a lot of military personnel in this guild, I thought I would ask what USO's you have been to and which are and aren't shitty.

Never been to one in the states, but I have hit up ones at BIAP, Ali Al Saleem, and Al Asand. Also, Camp Bheuring.

Quite a lot, really. Mostly in the states. I stopped by in pretty much any airport I was in that had one and I had more than an hour to wait.
By far the nicest I've been in has been the Las Vegas INTL airport's. They had just finished rebuilding it, and it was awesome.
There really haven't been any bad ones. It's somewhere I can drop my bags with someone watching them, take off my boots for a bit and relax. Philly INTL, Dallas/Fort Worth INTL, Knoxville (McGee Tyson), and god knows how many intermediary airports. I've been all over the damn place. The USO at Kandahar Air Field was REALLY nice, possible the nicest building on the whole base.
