Rules. 1. You may enter for as many as you'd like, but you may only win one of these characters. Please note that a lot of these are group prompts.
2. You must do the roleplay prompts that I will send out to you each week. If you fail to do/complete them, I may rehome your character to someone else. Please remember this when entering! If your rp partner if giving you issues, please come to me.
3. Because anyone may enter, you need to place nice with whomever you may be paired with rp-wise. Get through it and get it done, this will be a lot of fun!
4. A few characters may have a secret they keep. Do not, under any circumstance, tell anyone! Even if they're not in the metaplot. Trust me, it is a lot more fun to find out things in rp than someone spoiling it!
5. Some characters may (a couple will) die. The only ones that have this chance are the ones you're entering for right here - if you've recieved a hyena from me in a different circumstance, or if you're entering a pre-existing character, it is up to you as the player. I do encourage injures, though. wink
6. Most characters will have one prompt a week. Some will have two a week. Keep this in mind when applying to enter into this metaplot!
7. You may enter with a rp-style reply, or story-based reply.
More rules may be added.
This ends on August 12th, at 5pm PST / 8pm EST.
The plot will start on the following Sunday. And should run for a total of 5 weeks.

An old, crazed hyena that has an odd menagerie of followers. She believes that she has visions, though rarely do they come true. Regardless, her followers haven't seemed to abandon her yet.
Bilisi - 'devil'
Zimwi's twin sister. Quiet but level-headed, she helps keep the group together when Zimwi's antics get a little too out of hand.

Ubongo - 'marrow' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
He guided the shards of his family to stay within Zimwi's rag tag group of hyenas for saftey. He doesn't much care for her words, nor does he put much faith into them. He only cares about keeping his family alive.
Mafuu - 'cranium' (W1 - 2 rps, W2 - 2 rps, W3 - 0rps)
Daughter to Ubongo. She grew cold after seeing her sister die, and drove her then-mate away from the family. She has no children, but does not believe in much hope for the future.
Kitokono - 'coccyx' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 0 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Son-in-Law to Ubongo. His mate died before the group joined Zimwi's group due to a rogue lion attacking them. He is raising his pups with the help of his extended family.
Kisukuku - 'fossil' (W1 - 0 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Daughter to Kitokono, Kisu is skittish and shy ever since her mother died. She has a habit of clinging to her grandfather for comfort.
Kombe - 'clavicle' (W1 - 0 rp, W2 - 2 rps, W3 - 1 rp)
Son to Kitokono, Kombe is brash and rude, which doesn't go over well with his elders. He likes to wander around and go on 'adventures', much to his father's chagrin.
Ubavu - 'rib' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0rp)
Sort of a punching bag, Ubavu is fairly apathetic towards the other hyenas. He's only with the group because he dislikes being alone. He doesn't make much sense to anyone, and usually is left alone unless it is time for food. He is obsessed with birds.
Korofi - 'ominous'
Hemea - 'search for food'
Mtulinga - 'scapula' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
Mtulinga and Muundi share two halves of the same brain. They prefer to play tricks and bully those that are below them. There is very little that they soften up to. They tagged along with Zimwi to see what trouble they could cause.
Muundi - 'tibia' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
See above! Their thoughts are nearly always identical, for they have spent most of their lives together, since they were pups.
Tundu - 'worthless' (W1 - 0 rp, W2 - 2 rps, W3 - 1 rp)
She appeared injured outside of the elephant graveyard, and the hyenas took her in as a nanny-slave. She actually seems content with her situation. Some of the hyenas abuse her, but a few have conflicted feelings towards her situation for how harmless she seems.

Pleas assume that you will have an additional rp for week three - a battle roleplay that you will have two weeks to complete. Week 5 rps will be the resolution week, and as such only a few of them will actually be required.)

Tungiza - 'cause to lead' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Not a born leader, but one through circumstance. He has been a rogue his whole life. His visions have helped others, and in turn they decided to follow him in his aimless wanderings. Not wanting to be solely responsible for so many, he has guided them to the peaceful Pridelands for a more permanent home.
He is, in truth, shy and subdued. He feels most confident when going through his visions, or fulfilling them. He has a crush on the beautiful Zene.
Note: He is the direct son of Talayeh, the goddess of Fertility. Therefore, he is a Seer.
Zene - 'beautiful' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
Zene is as sweet as she is beautiful. She is close friends with Fefe from when the group was traveling, and is adjusting to the idea of living in the Pridelands for the rest of her life.
Umaarufu - 'fame' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
Slow but well-meaning, it's hard to be mad at Umaarufu. He puts everyone's best intention before his - which can make him vulnerable to anyone that wants to take advantage of him.
Fefe - 'grass' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
Fefe is a very skilled hunter who works best as dusk. As such, she's not a morning lion at all. She's confident, a touch conceited, but she is also helpful when anyone asks. She's become friendly with Zene since the two met in Tungiza's group.
Jambazi - 'bandit' (W1 - 0 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Older brother of Chamba & Hima, he is taking care of them after the death of their parents. He imagines himself being a knight-in-training, and focuses on raising his small sisters with some help from the females in the group.
Chamba - 'tree bark' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Younger sister of Jambazi, only littermate of Hima. She is not as brash as her sister can be, and follows more in Hima's shadow than anything. Once Hima starts doing something, Chamba will be right there with her doing the same thing.
Hima - 'energy' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 2 rps, W3 - 1 rp)
Younger sister of Jambazi, only littermate of Chamba. She seems to be a shy cub in the beginning, but once she is comfortable, Hima can be quite a handful. Opinionated and stubborn, she is fairly good at getting what she wants from her older brother.
Ruva - 'flower' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Ruva's deceptive. She is as polite to the others in the group as she needs to be, but she wishes to further her position in the world. She wants to be known, to be loved, and to be pampered. Coming to the Pridelands seems to be the perfect way to get what she wants...
Idris - 'fiery' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 1 rp)
Idris is headstrong in the fact that she follows in what she believes in, and doesn't let outside opinions influence her. She can either be a vital asset, or a huge pain in the a**. Her and Ruva do not get along.
Samawati - 'sky' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
Chauvinistic in the desire for glory, Samawati is hoping to somehow capture the interest of Ruva, regardless of the fact that she completely ignores him. Waridi teases him for his one-sided love, but Samawati refuses to quit. The two twins are like terrors together, and they specialize in teasing and taunting everyone around them.
Waridi - 'rose' (W1 - 1 rp, W2 - 1 rp, W3 - 0 rp)
Waridi is not quite as foolish as his brother - he hopes to live the quiet life once they are completely settled into the Pridelands. He and his brother have a lot of work to do with all these new lions and all the open possibilities to spread their jokes and taunts.

Pride: Rogue/PL (Mirathi's mate, joining when I am not lazy. XD)
Brief Personality: Currently midway through an attitude adjustment after leaving the Outlands to chase after his runaway mate; he abandoned the search after finding Mirathi instead. Has a tendency to be cynical, sarcastic, and blunt/unpleasant, though he's starting to try to curb it and think about others. He does not always succeed.
Would they be skilled at fighting?: Yes, though not exceptionally.

Pride: Rogue – Pridelands
Brief Personality: Suoh was born in the Pridelands, but left as an adult to follow his cousin Otea, to make sure she wouldn’t get hurt. While in the pride he was pretty much a goody-goody boy, lazing around, putting no effort into his life at all. Once he left, he was attacked by a rogue lion to near death, but was saved by a lioness. He does not consider himself the same lion he once was. Suoh is no longer as ‘kind’ or ‘gentle’ when it comes to meeting new guys, always keeping in mind of the potential for an attack.
Would they be skilled at fighting?: Yes. While he is not the most amazing fighter there is, Suoh tries not to allow himself to be roughed up so easily.

Brief Personality: Ini has a strong love of 'flying' but more in the aspect that he can 'fly' by running and running quickly. He's an adept runner who prides himself on his ability to win most races. He's more reserved but loves adventure though it takes him a while to be coaxed into embarking on one. He's not one to back down from a challenge though he'll often weigh as many pros and cons as he can.
Would they be skilled at fighting?: Possibly, he's quick and agile but lacks brute strength, he'd be fair in a fight but not extraordinary, think average.

Brief Personality: Born to Mzuza and a rogue lion named Rei, Maral has lived in the Pridelands for all his (very short so far) life. He is not a lion who really likes to be the center of attention and prefers to follow rather than lead, but he is very obedient and fiercely loyal to his pride, as well as proud of his family's history (at least on his mother's side). If his family and/or his pride was threatened, he would want to take part in defending it.
Would they be skilled at fighting?: Given his age, doubtful. But he'd be enthusiastic if it became necessary for him to fight. I, Feylin, do realize that he may be too young to participate, but if that's the case I'd like to ask for permission to say that he offered to help and was rebuffed.
